Took my iMac to them when its hard drive was on its way out. The staff was very helpful, upfront with pricing and answered any questions I had. Got my computer back in a couple days. Over all a very good experience and I would most definitely use them again.

I can’t rave enough about Thomas and his staff. With a household full of Apple products, I don’t have to worry about the parts Experimax is using. Their screens and batteries are legit and they can turn around repairs in a day. That one iPad they couldn’t fix they went out AND FOUND the exact same model AND color! The only difference was the serial number that just speaks volumes to the dedication to excellent customer service at Experimax. I will gladly battle my way down GA-400 from Milton because I know they’re going to fix it right the first time.

One of the worst customer service and they don’t even have the correct information and wouldn’t provide details of their Hq and customer service. I bought my laptop to them to repair and they messed it up. Never going to use this shop for any technology repairs

My laptop started to randomly shut off and eventually wouldn’t log on. The battery wasn’t charging at all.

I went in yesterday to replace the battery in my 2015 MacBook Pro 15”. Thomas was so welcoming and super knowledgeable.

He showed me the old battery and it was swollen (pictured). I’m so glad it didn’t cause any damage.

I highly recommend Experimax Sandy Springs!

Needed my Macbook Pro fixed quickly and brought it in on a Wednesday. They had it fixed and ready to go by Friday! Amazing work and customer service! Would definitely recommend.

TL;DR I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism and recommend you look elsewhere for computer repairs, this particular store lacks customer service and response.

My 2020 iMac 5k screen was replaced at a different experimax in late January. A little over two months later, the screen fell off and I took it to the Sandy Springs store on April 19 for the corporate warranty repair. Thomas was initially very helpful and talked up his “communication” values to the customer. The repairs were more involved than initially thought, the screen cable was “nicked” and required an entire new screen. This resulted in a long delay, but I was assured of the repair and I would be kept up to date. Several weeks went by without updates and no response to requests. When the screen finally came in, the installer couldn’t get it to work and found that a part on the main computer was also broken. This required research and more delays. The corporate office decided to replace my computer with a “similar” model, transferring my hard drive and memory, while I wait for repairs to be completed on my original computer. The replacement came in mid-June and I picked it up. The hardware seems similar, my hard drive and memory were ok, but the screen has several scratches and rub marks and is clearly not comparable to the “new” screen I initially paid $500 to have replaced. But I was assured that my original computer would be repaired this was a temporary solution.
I have called the store and Thomas specifically to get an update, no response to voicemails nor returned calls. I have sent 5 emails requesting an update, nothing in return. I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism and recommend you look elsewhere for computer repairs, this particular store lacks customer service and response.

Great and friendly service. Thomas is great to work with and assisted me with a weird Firefox glitch for a MAC I purchased there about a year ago for no additional charge. Definitely will continue to do business with them.

Thomas & Nick - you guys rock!
I honestly wanted to give you guys 10 stars however, 5 is the max.

I was in the market for a lappy for work and decided to go the cheap route, a Pawn Shop. I purchased a janky looking 2020 MacBook Pro for a 100 bucks! It was sold as-is with no charger so I couldn't even test it to see if it even worked and it was 'supposedly' iCloud & Password locked.

I called up my favorite guys @ Experimax Sandy Springs and spoke with Thomas. He said drop it off & they'd have a look at it for me. Dropped it off & spoke with Nick in length, who assured me that he would do whatever he could BUT, I may be out a $100 if in fact the iCloud is locked.

Long story short - it WASN'T ICLOUD/PASSWORD LOCKED!
They cleaned up my lappy, reinstalled the newest Mac OS & software and it looks almost brand new!

Thomas & Nick you guys remind me of a really good peanut butter & jelly sandwich - always good, anytime of the day. Thanks again!

Recently took my MacBook Air (2012) for a battery replacement. Thomas assisted me and the service was excellent. Everything was quite efficient. Got back my laptop in less than an hour and all for a very affordable price. Would definitely recommend to others!

Absolutely amazing experience at this store. My computer broke and I was afraid it was gonna be a $500 to $600 motherboard repair, so I went to this shop seeing as the reviews were some of the highest in the area. Within one minute of me entering the store and perusing around, the desk clerk was able to help me immediately. I left the laptop with them for the night and let their Dell laptop specialist take a look. The very next day my hypothetical $500 to $600 repair cost turn out to just be a simple $99, And the employees and owner were even kind enough to help me set and reboot my laptop with me. Even while I'm away at college next year Experimax will be the one and only computer service company I would let take a look at my devices.

Highly recommend! They were SO easy to work with, great prices, quick turnaround and really personable! During our visit Thomas heard it was almost my sons birthday (who’s iPad they fixed) so he gave him a gift for his 7th birthday, which made his day! My son said that’s his new friend! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for our Apple repairs! Thanks again guys!

I contacted Experimax in Sandy Springs about a memory upgrade. I spoke with the owner, Thomas. He was very professional and explained an easy and efficient process. I brought the laptop into the store and picked it up about an hour later after Thomas walked me through everything he and Nick did to my device. The charge for the upgrade was very reasonable. I will definitely be back for more services in the future! A+

Great job at repairing phones in general and all apple type products, accessories sold as well. My iPhone SE 1st generation screen and battery (somewhat now a vintage phone but great working) was able to be repaired almost instantly for very reasonable price. All the other repair stores in the area no longer carried the screen.

Great at repairing apple laptops that may be old, but otherwise still have some life left. My 2014 MacBook Air for example, is still running great and fast for my uses thanks to this place.

Nick was so friendly and professional. He transferred my data from old MacBook to new one.
Very reasonable price for service.
Thomas, owner, is very easy to talk to as well.
