CRV wasn’t working and the bulb and fuse were fine. I dropped it off and Amanda got me checked in immediately. The service manager John quickly found the problem was a disconnected wire. I went to pick it up and was thrilled to find there was no charge. I highly recommend NTB (they’re great at routine maintenance and repairs too)

Keaira, Isaih, and DC are awesome! They’re friendly, knowledgeable, explain and answer questions. I don’t have to worry about getting ripped off by them trying to sell me something that I don’t need (Refreshing!). They make getting an oil change easy breezy.

Today I brought my car in for an oil change and was greeted by a young lady by the name of keaira she was very polite and courteous and she also came to me and told me a few things about what’s going on with my car ale let me know about my car needing to have my fuel injectors cleaned because they r clogged and I probably would be experiencing my car taking off slowly like it’s not getting enough gas to go and she was correct because I have been experiencing this and I was told that it was my transmission in which she told me the reasons why it wouldn’t be my transmission and told me what I need to have done and she also is having someone do this for me while I’m here I really liked her attitude and the way she approached me with the information and also not costing me much money very well mannered young and kind showed me where I would sit while they did the work to my car and I am very pleased with her overall behavior wish it was more people in this world like this young lady

Keep leaving me with 3k mile sticker instead of 5k for my synthetic oil truck. Also wont touch my truck to put new control arms on and coilovers that I bought. I find that annoying with the sticker and the truck part fix you can still make money on labor, but that’s just my opinion! They still do a great job on my oil change for what its worth
