Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, Alpharetta GA

I was there for an oil and air filter change for the very first time yesterday. Extremely good service as well as friendly and knowledgeable people working there. Especially the manager is terrific. A double thumbs up! Will be a new customer from now on.

These guys are the best. I drive from Buckhead to use these guys. Rasheed is the best car guy I have used. I have 4 cars - from a '74 to '19. They do them all!

I had very little time yesterday and needed to get a quick oil change and emissions inspection. Erik and Tony worked together to get me in and out in under 30 minutes with both services.

Rashed is the greatest. His team is incredibly professional and enthusiastic, just like him. This is my go to place for all my repair and maintenance needs. There is nothing they can’t do, and usually within a day.

Rashed, Jesse and the team are fabulous. My car went into limp mode on 400, I was able to "Limp Drive" it to Express Oil on Haynes Bridge. I had NEVER done business with them. They were beyond accommodating and even paid for my LYFT ride to Midtown! I am looking forward to doing business with them in the future!

I took my son’s car to have a segment of the exhaust pipe replaced. They replaced the wrong segment. The segment that Should have been replaced FELL OUT within a week of the “repair. ” $800 in the toilet

We have been customers here for several years and keep coming back because they have the best service at a reasonable price. They always figure out exactly what is wrong and know what to do to fix it. The oil changes are fast and efficient. The emissions check is fast and they can fix whatever is wrong so it passes the next time through.

I went in to get an engine check light reset. They did this for free, and then checked and filled my tires - again for free. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Super friendly and professional. Will definitely use again.

Great service here! I think I spoke to Rasheet (So sorry if I spelled that wrong). He was super nice and funny and explained was wrong with my car that needed to be fixed (rear brake drums were worn and a couple other things). I dropped it off on my lunch and picked it up the same day. They also in formed me of other stuff that needs fixed but did not pressure me into doing it. I would recommend this place. Thanks guys!

Best mechanic shop I've found in the whole Atlanta area (recommended by a friend of mine). I went in with busted engine mounts on my Mazda and Rasheed took great care of it. Very conveniently located if you live/work in Alpharetta (they even got me a Lyft to work!). Overall very efficient and professional crew. I will come back for any future repairs/maintenance, and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for good, honest service in Atlanta! Thanks guys:)!

Brought my wifes SUV in for a quick oil change and was amazed and impressed with the level of service.tyler was fast and professional in performing the service! Kudos to him! Always great service. This past time I came for a routine oil change and Brian was very helpful and informed me of elements of my transmission that I didnt know about and will keep in mind for the future. The guys here always offer a wealth of car knowledge

Awesome service! I was able to get my oil changed during my lunch break - the whole process took about 10 minutes and I had the option of sitting in my car while Brian changed the oil, topped everything off, inspected my car and checked my tires. Brian was super friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Very happy that I found this place and I will definitely come back whenever I need any of the services they provide. Five stars, two thumbs up, definitely recommend!

I used to be a normal customer here; however, the last time I went, the guy didn't ask or tell me what exactly he was doing. I got charged a "val synthetic upcharge" without any knowledge of him doing so. It caused what should be $45 oil change to a $70. That's just a reminder to everyone getting an oil change, ask what they're doing. Personally, they've lost my business.
