3Always nice people there. Payment due dates are permanent, I never make it hem on time due to my pay schedule. They report to credit bureaus so it has messed up my credit.
Update 11/23/19. I bought a queen Stapleton II 5/0 Pillow Top mattress almost a year ago and it has been killing my back for a few months now.
Do NOT buy this bed!
(When I had it delivered, the two guys were quick and professional! They took the plastic off the mattresses and took it with them.)
So I went back into the store today since I have a warranty on this mattress set and laid on a lot of different mattresses and finally found one I feel will give me a good night's rest. The sales lady, Janet, was awesome! She helped me by drawing attention to the description cards on each mattress. She was very kind and patient! She was right there with me the entire time. I must have taken at least a half hour trying out mattresses! Reggie the manager is exceptional! They were to deliver my new mattress set this week, but it wasn't shipped. Not only did he keep me posted, but he apologized and went the the extra mile for me. Update: I got the new, more expensive mattress set. That night as I slipped into bed I heard a loud CRACK! I notified the store and Reggie and another guy checked the box spring out and I even looked using a flashlight but we could not see any cracks. Weird.
How is is supposed to be a "no credit needed" store when you still get denied because you must finance through a 3rd party? That is false advertising. They still run a credit check. They should've done/said this before I wasted hours of my time.
