Business is poorly handled and issues are as well poorly handled. Received a table with the bench damaged inside and out and paid for delivery but when issue is reported, im to handle return.
Will not be getting anymore furniture from them anymore.

I have always had good experiences when dealing with Farmers furniture. The people are friendly and willing to help when I go in the store. I have been a customer since 2017. I have bought a bed, refrigerator, washer, dryer and an air conditioner. I have never had a problem with anything I have gotten.

The best selection in town and some seriously friendly folk working. Allen showed us a wide variety of furniture and helped us make the best choice on our new couch. No pushy sales people at Farmers Home Furniture.

Shopped here and spent close to $8,000 dollars in 3 months. Bought 2 recliners and within a few months both recliners had broken. They were replaced and one of them broke and is garbage now. The other one didn't last a year. Bought a sectional couch and paid a pretty penny for it and it's broken and not even a year old. Had to go to a different furniture store to replace the sectional and the recliner. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Very high prices and very poor quality merchandise.

High price but very low quality. The larger guy who was taking payments was extremely rude and arrogant. Our couch has fallen apart within 6 months of gentle use. Would. Not. Ever. Recommend.

I really enjoyed shopping here. I was able to find the perfect couch with a chase it was priced very well. I got it delivered to my door reasonably fast. The only negative was I couldn't find a round coffee table.

I am a returning customer at the store in Toccoa GA. I was humiliated in front of other customers at this store my a lady named Regina. I will NEVER SHOP at this location again. She was also on the phone with a customer while I waited to be insulted by her she constantly rolled her eyes at the person on the phone while holding the phone out from her ear like she was discussed with the customer. If you need to buy anything from farmers do NOT GO TO TOCCOA GA

Store was clean. Betty was very friendly as always. The others were not so friendly. Never are. I've been in here many times and the manager has never spoke to me.

The receptionist With the spikey hair and lots of makeup is rude and I hated going in to make a payment bc of her energy. A month after we bought the item, there was a rip in the seam. We had the insurance that we paid extra for. They kept setting times to come fix it and never did. They lie and make promises they can’t keep. I wanted to pay the furniture off early and before doing so I told her that I’d like to pay it off, as long as they still agree to fix the couch, the spike hair lady said, “yes we will fix it, we promise” I paid off the furniture and they don’t live up to their word. I’ve never left a review before but we’ve spent a lot of money with these crooks.

Super nice people who really try to work with you and help you get what you need. Even the delivery drivers are nice and helpful. When it comes to pricing they're one of the cheapest in town.
