Farmers Home Furniture, Sylvania GA

Management and employees have always had a smile on their face when I come in. I have been with this Farmers Furniture for almost 5 years now, and I have recieved good, sturdy products from them from their electronics, bedroom furniture, to mowers. Will continue to do business with them in the future. Also have good delivery services as well.

When I purchased the bed set, I clearly ask if I had it delivered to my home would you put the bed together and the answer was yes! So therefore I was charged a extra 79.00 for delivery. I had to call the store to see when my order would be delivered. No one took the time to call and say that it had not come in yet. Remind you this is two wks later. Back to the delivery. Items were finally bought to my home and the young man said that no he was not responsible for putting the bed set together. Had I known I could have picked the items up myself and did what the young man did. So with that being said I want be purchasing anything else and please don’t call me when the payment is due

In Sylvania, Ga, all my furnitures comes from Farmers Furniture. They are very friendly! Ready to help you in any way they can, I can't Speak for everyone, but respect goes both ways. I feel at home when I go there. I think some time we go in to Grocery stores, Furniture stores, Clothes stores, not checking our attitudes but we want everyone else to check their attitudes, be respectful of others people feeling, God is not through with them, be careful how you treat people. You will reap what you sow, it's coming up again. We all want to go to Heaven, start here on earth treating your fellow neighbors with real love like Jesus said. Be blessed.

They dont even deserve one star. They are very over priced junk. The furniture is cheaply made and doesnt hold up to normal wear and tear. I have only had my furniture for less than 2 years, The bed is falling apart and sounds like it is going to break even when my 20lb dog comes on the bed. I also have a dresser that the drawers' track has broken, from very little weight in them. The staff here are very rude and love to harrass customers. They call multiple times day. They call outside of their business hours to harrass customers also. I will not be using this company anymore in the future.

Honestly, this location does not even deserve one star. I have dealt with other locations for years with no issues but this location is as far from professional as they could possibly be. Laura Beth was very rude and extremely unprofessional. After speaking with her I tried explaining the situation to the manager Sandy and was hung up on before I had the chance to explain anything. I could maybe understand if I had been rude or unruly but this was totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning. Judging by the other reviews I have read, this most definitely is not the first time this has happened.

I purchased a table set and I specifically told them I wanted a brand new set not the demo.a week later I received my table set thinking its new but damaged during delivery. So I go to the store to show them the pictures of the damaged table I received I immediately noticed the demo gone instead of them sending me a new table set that I specifically asked for, they sent me the demo. Not to mention lack of communication while waiting on the table to get delivered. Sandy is not the person you want to deal with. They WILL NOT RECEIVED MY SERVICES ANYMORE AND I DONT NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Dont buy a tv from here, go to Walmart, my aunt, who is deaf, bought a tv with warranty, (which she has no idea what she did), the amount she paid, she could have bought 3 tvs from walmart. Financing interest is very high!

We picked out some bedroom furniture had to wait over a week to receive half of it and when it was deleiverd it was damaged they sent us new furniture all damaged 5x. I got so fed up the manager sandy wouldnt allow me to be added to the account. So we still have damaged furniture and Sandy would only give us 50 bucks off. This place is a joke and we will never purchase from there AGAIN.
