I am posting on my mom and dads behalf. They went up to get a sofa and recliner. They are in their 70s and they were just going to finance for 12 months no interest because my mom just wanted to keep her credit score active. My moms credit score is OVER 800.
The manager of the store got irritated at my dad for asking questions that a manager should be able to answer but she couldn’t and she got hateful with my dad.
The next day they called and said my moms credit had been denied and they would have to pay the finance charges.
If an over 800 score isn’t good, I don’t know who you are all selling to.
It cost you a sale…. They could have paid cash but because of the shady practices of your manager, they just canceled the order.
My mom is too nice to write this review but I will.
The sales person was nice but the manager just cost her a sale.
Do better Farmers!
If it had been me, that manager would have ran my credit right in front of my face. My mom knows what her score is.
Hateful management will hurt you.
They helped me find the right fridge, and the bean bag chair that my kids absolutely love! They are absolutely amazing!
