Everyone is very friendly except for one lady that worked at the register, she was rude to my mom and to other workers she was very unprofessional.

They claim to have warranty on bed, riding lawn mower and spray for a couch when they don't. They have warranty on nothing even though they claim they do.

I have enjoyed shopping here for years. I recently bought a man size recliner with Cindy’s help in Calhoun. Back in the winter I also bought your leather sofa She is a great sales person. I have always enjoyed the furniture here.i couldn’t ask for a better experience as usual. All the ladies here were great!

We love our furniture and the buying process was easy!
But don’t pay the delivery fee if you have a truck and are able to go get it because they will NOT bring it in your house! They should be upfront about that.

Nice buying experience, opt out of home delivery unless you want it dropped in your driveway and not actually put in your house.
Paid $90 to have 2 couches delivered 6 miles, they would not put them inside the house.
In my experience when furniture is “delivered” it is brought into the home. When I called the store the lady told me it was because one of their guys had a hurt leg, and was not a delivery guy, in my opinion they shouldn’t offer delivery if they aren’t going to put furniture in the house

Excellent, attentive customer service. Easy payment plan, and business willing to modify the plan to allow for shorter payment term, with autopay easy to set up. Will definitely do business here again.

I have an account with them now I've done business with them for year. I've already buy the off on a different accounts about three 3 or 4 times. They have really nice furniture & other things & the employees there a really nice & very respectful.

JB and Harrison delivered our new bedroom set this morning! Extremely efficient and professional. Excellent experience. Will use Farmers again in the future. Thank you for delivering and doing what you said. Not too many businesses these days that follow that plan ️

Nope never again! Bought a love seat from them. Got it home and inspected I couldn't do this there because it was double layered in thick plastic, wood decor was damaged. They said they wood order it and come out and replace it. It's been almost 3 months and haven't heard a thing. They keep giving me excuses. Nope don't shop here anymore!

I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I promise you want to stay far far away! We bought a sectional couch and paid for delivery. We were told it had to be ordered, no big deal. Two weeks later part of the couch was in. We were told they could not deliver it because one of their guys got hurt. No big deal we can pick it up. When my fiancé got there to pick it up he was told no one could help him load it.why? The delivery guys were out delivering furniture! What? Next we paid $150 for them to be sprayed.only to find out they weren't sprayed yet. We were given a bottle of Spray to spray them ourself. One week later the last part of the couch was in. My fiancé called prior to picking up and was told the truck was running behind and to pick up from 12-5. No problem. We show up at 1 just to be told the guy were at work and couldn't help load it. We were told come back in about 30 min. Well, we came back and still no one was there to help. Cindy was so nice she helped load it. I'm not sure of the other woman's name, but she was so upset she had to give us more spray for the couch. What? That is your fault. It should have been sprayed and we paid for it? All in all just don't waste your time going here.

They refused to sell us the sectional that we liked on the floor because they wanted to keep their floor completely stocked for a sale this weekend. I would think they would want to sell it at full price with a guaranteed sale rather than potentially selling it for a discounted price over the weekend. The couch was hidden in the very back of the store. We needed a couch ASAP because we just moved into the area and have no furniture and this was explained to them, and the manager said that she didn’t understand why we couldn’t just wait for them to order one to come Monday. I am beyond disappointed in this interaction and will not be returning to this place. I am in sales/customer care myself and this is unheard of. Again I am very disappointed with this situation. Will be taking our business elsewhere.

Mr. Smith was awesome. He was friendly, good with the kids and very knowledgeable about everything. It was overall a great experience!
