Farmers Home Furniture, Winder GA

As a returning customer from numerous purchases from Farmers furniture, I'm nothing short of disappointed. Upon the delivery a piece of furniture we purchased was being brought through our front door and damage was caused to our front door, as we informed the delivery man of the damage he acted as if it was not of a big deal. 2 days later when trying to center our new king size bed on the bedroom wall, we had to remove the mattresses in order to do so and found that all of the screws on our bed had not been tightened and the bed was moving back and forth as if it was broken. We are going to give Farmers furniture and to fix the damage done to our front door of our home. After all, spending this amount of money on a purchase for your home should mean more to this company.

Thank you Farmer for the great customer service. I bought a TV set and it comes with a door that looks different level each other. I call the store and the manager text me I send a photo. He graciously send a person that fix the issue. That's a wonderfull customer service. Thank you.

Best place to purchase from I got a huge living set but it was yo bug for my living room the guys at Farmers in winder was so helpful great place if I need more furniture in the future I will go here.

I have been doing business with farmers furniture for years I love the relationship that I have with that store. I have Bought a towel of 4 living room suite

All of the staff I’ve come in contact with was very polite and helpful every time that I’ve come here, they even let my son play with the balloons from the their sales display. I had an issue with being charged twice (I changed my mind and decided to put one back and was accidentally charged for both) they were very polite and giving me a credit and helping load a twin sized mattress in my car to avoid the delivery fee. The items I did have delivered were delivered within 5 days and only took less than a hour to put together. I will definitely be back.

If I could give zero stars i would. Came in to spend thousands in cash and because I live a little out of there service area they wouldn't deliver. Guess I'll take my business to another company

Fast delivery right on time and a little bit earlier which was great. No time at all my table was put together and the chairs to match. The technicians were very hospitable and kind. No problems.

I don’t know who answered their phone in the sales department but they were very rude. I knew exactly what I wanted. Just wanted to make sure they had it before I came up there. They said no and hung up. No well we can order it or we have this instead. Nothing.
