Fettle fitness has great quality equipment, and their pricing is cheaper than many other companies. Their shipping was fast and they sent a tech out to install and assemble the fitness equipment for free. As a gym owner, their customer service has been amazing! They are very quick to respond and are willing to go out of their way to resolve the issue. Recommend going with Fettle for sure!

I ordered a set of 5-50 dumbells from Fettle. I had never heard of the company before, but had an extrememly positive experience. The DBs are high quality and the customer service experience was great. I'd definitley order from them again.

We received a brand new Super Pullover plate loading machine. Looks fantastic. Excellent delivery to club. Jace was good with service. Highly recommend if you want quality equipment at a fair price!

Truth be told, this is a review less on the product and more on the service. A lot of times we forget that customer service isn't a 'customer is always right' button. But what I will say is, with every issue and problem we've had, Jason and Jace have been stellar in their troubleshooting and problem solving. They have time and time again shown quality service and support to make sure our facility and product are taken care of to the best of their ability.

Excellent, commercial grade equipment. Very comparable to hammer strength and Arsenal at a fraction of the price. Great service and communication from the staff here. I highly recommend.

First off, great Pendulum Squat machine! Purchase process was easy. Waiting on shipment was difficult (because I was excited about getting the machine), but it was right on timeline that was quoted, even a few days early.

Working with shipping company was easy, set up easy.

Machine worked right out of wrapping, one piece needed replacing (didn't stop me from using). Replacement piece came within a week and it was less than a 5 minute fix.

Overall super happy with this, and the helpfulness of the Fettle Fitness team!

Great experience. We had an issue with the 3rd party delivery company, and Fettle quickly arranged for another company to deliver—outstanding communication and customer service. I will use them again for future orders.
