First Watch, Snellville GA

This was my first visit and the vibe was so overwhelming with warmth. The service is given with a smile and from a genuine place, the food was Excellent and the pancakes are to die for, I had Banana Granola Crunch (Heaven).
The plaza is busy so beware but worth the visit

They suck! This location continues to be the worst with ordering online. Booked reservation at 11: 24A via app with 45-60 mins wait time, stayed in car for 45 mins and then was informed that it would be another 25 min wait. According to greeter they system updated without any notification. So now we have to wait another 30 mins.

Eggs were cold. I wasn't impressed. Never going back. Was my birthday and I should have went to IHOP.

Service was quick but there was a slight wait to be seated on a Thursday morning. Food was good. They offer healthy options and hearty breakfasts as well as lighter fare. My only negative thought was that the Restaurant had a funny smell to it. They were out of straws. Friendly waitress and staff. Hi

Went here for breakfast and was very pleased all around. The decor is nice, as well as the service. I thought the food was great. Nothing was greasy or tasted unhealthy. The eggs, bacon, potatoes, and multigrain toast were awesome. I also got a carrot and pecan pancake which was not my favorite, but was ok. I will be back.

What’s not to love ‍️ food is always feast and healthy only options. There is always always a wait so go on line and get on the list my usual is 1: 30 to 2: 00 hours wait but worth it. Service is good

My 1st time visiting, there was a little waiting. But why not, the food is delicious and fresh. The menu has something for everyone. Its clean and the staff was awesome. Like everywhere else they are short staff but I must say the food was coming out pretty quickly. Parking is bit hectic.loved it.

They do not honor the wait time when you are placed on the waitlist. Do not sign up. I signed the waitlist with a 45-60 minute wait, only to arrive at the restaurant and be told that there would be an additional 45-60 minute wait. The manager and the host both stated that the patrons that walk in are added to the list which pushes my name down regardless of whether I am on the waitlist or not. Horrible management of patrons on a busy Saturday. No reason for my time to double if I sign up to be added to the waitlist. If the establishment is not going to honor the waitlist then that feature should be removed for this location or during peak hours.

Always a good time. The waitresses are so lovely and sweet. The food taste great. I love coming here.

Can't remember the name of my meal, but it was in the omelette family and included smoked salmon. It was absolutely delicious! One of the best breakfast dishes I have had a restaurant. Giving 4 out of 5, because our waitress had a bit of an attitude, and I am as big about service as I am about taste.

First time at this location and it was PERFECT! Nicholas was our waiter and did an amazing job. The food was hot and yummy. It was my Mom's birthday and Nicholas made sure to make her feel super special! Such a great experience ️

I have been to the Snellville location several times and I have had several customer service issues, most handled well.

The food is often cooked as expected and tastes great. However, after having juice spilled on you, servers not taking full time to correct a bill, dishes not clean.the visit makes you want to be cautious and aware. In this time, attention to details and cleanliness should be upmost attention, especially for an extremely busy location like First Watch Snellville location.

This review was done after SEVERAL visits to give a fair experience.

Very long wait and they don't call or text you as promised when your to go order is ready.

Our server Nick was amazing however the kitchen needs a lot of improvement. Food came out in different times, order was wrong.

Great food and pretty good service. I’ve done done in and take out and both turn out well. The only downfall is the wait time for dine in.
