Trash, holds on to your equipment for months and then tries to charge you way more for the work they quoted without telling you. Take your truck somewhere else. Garbage company and will never work with them again.

Don't waist your time. They don't have time for you anyway. I went in because I had a marker light out on a trailer. Once the three employees at the front desk were finished with their personal conversation, I was asked what I needed. I told him I had a marker light out. Instead of offering to look at the marker or get me the right replacement, he said, "So you just want to talk to the shop then? " He directed me down the hall to the, "shop window". I stood there for about five minutes. There were three different employees behind the desk. I made eye contact with all three. No one spoke or offered to help. It felt like they just wished I would leave, so I did. It's not like they care if you are there or not. No, it seems like they don't want you there at all. I for one am going to oblige them.

All the staff at this place are very friendly and know how to do the job.

I didn't get to physically visit but I appreciate the time that was given to me over the phone. I'd recommend for their customer service alone.

Right parts in stock and knowledgeable service technicians make for a great service transaction with no time wasted. They know truck and trailer parts. By the way they service them too.

I called Greag and explained my situation on a Saturday morning. Although he was very busy, they were able to get in checked out and fixed in a few hours. I would definitely recommend them.
