This was literally the best experience! I had a damaged item the store was closed but AJ and Lorenzo made it happened even after closing hours! Lorenzo was putting everything together until he realized one of the items was damaged he called AJ and AJ got out of his bed to meet Lorenzo to get me another piece then he came back with him to help him finish putting everything together! They take care of they people. Thank y’all so much again!

Late review, but went into the store hoping to buy an item or two for my new home. Walked out with a new sofa, bedroom set, kitchen table, and free rug for a more than a reasonable price. Great service, great prices, and even same day delivery and set up almost 55 miles away. Definitely recommend this establishment for all your home needs

AJ, the store owner, was fantastic with all of our transactions! We purchased furniture from this store 3 times already in 2 weeks! The selection of furniture in the store is top notch and the quality is phenomenal. If you are ever shopping for high end affordable appealing furniture, go the the Furniture Queen!

Ordered a bedroom set that came with the bed frame, 2 nightstands, and a dresser from the Macon furniture queen in June 2021. Was told it would be august timeframe to get the order. Fast forward to October and my bedroom set is still delayed. I ended up opting for another bedroom set that was available at that time. This optional bedroom set I opted for was higher and only came with the bed frame, dresser, and one side night stand. I expressed I wanted 2 nightstands but there was only one available in stock. I was told I would have to wait and get the other nightstand when another shipment came in which would be in 6 months or so. My furniture was delivered with the dresser cracked on the side, and the top of nightstand has a wide space between the wooded covering and I can see inside the dresser. Called up there and advised. Was told I would get a callback and never did. I didn’t worry about it because I figured it was something I could fix on my own. Fast foward to now. Called and checked to see if the nightstand was in stock now. I was told they had it available and it was $699. For one nightstand. Was told he could see what could be done about the price and call me back. Located the same bedroom set online for almost $1000 less than what I paid. The nightstand was being sold for $361. So I went to furniture queen today and asked if they could price match. Now today I was told I can’t even buy one separate nightstand. It has to be purchased as a set. I should have went to Ashley’s furniture and regret spending my money there. Overpriced and I feel like they were dishonest. Luckily I can purchase at this location I found.

I purchased an Ashley's Sofa Chaise Sleeper last week. I thought it would take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Surprisingly, it came the following week. Wow! That was fast. The day it arrived to the store it was delivered to my house later on that day. I must say I was impressed with the service which was great. The furniture is of high quality. The sale price was reasonable so check them out before going to Haverty or Badcock. Thanks to the sales representative and manager for assisting me with this sale.

This location is absolutely amazing. Customer service was 100% excellent. Fast service and their quality and selection of merchandise is really nice ️. Everybody is friendly and helpful.

I Came Into Furniture Queen Monday Night Fresh Off Of Work and Soon As I Walked In You Could Tell I Was Exhausted But Even Still I Was Greeted By The Most Polite and Even More Patient Employee I’ve Ever Met. I Let The Employee Know I Was Looking For Sectionals For My Living Room and He Showed Me a Few That I Really Liked, We Shared Some Experiences and Really Bonded During The Short Time Frame Of Us Checking Out The Furniture. When it Came Down To The Two That I Just Absolutely Couldn’t Decide Between He Really Helped Narrow Down Which One To Get By Simply Asking Me Which One Do I Really Want More and He Worked Out a Great Deal For Me. I Bought a Big Rug For My Living Room Alongside My Dream Living Set For My First House. I Want To Really Thank Mr. Arkeem Greene For Making This First Time Home Shopping Experience A Success For Me. This place has really nice furniture and a super friendly and helpful staff. Veronica was awesome- helped me secure a couch in under 30 minutes. Delivery was fast and the delivery guys were also super nice, quick, and professional. If I ever need any more furniture, I’ll definitely go back.
