There is no cure for lazyness. Manager and employees smh. Had a warranty exchange and I was turned away, I went to another GameStop and they did it in 5 min. I recommend mount Zion GameStop

Carded me while trying to buy Skyrim. Can probably buy way more dangerous things than a video game without a need for i.d, would not recommend considering I have purchased other things here with no issue while having a giant beard. I do not look like a minor, I shouldn't be carded.

Usually dont have the game im looking for. And overpriced. Always out of the good games. And some of staff are not helpful. The manager and staff are rude and unprofessional. Go to fayetteville location or stockbridge location they are WAY BETTER!

I bought my PS4 from this location and they were really patient and helpful. I even got some special deals during the buy 2 get 1 free pre owned items sale. The employees here are on a mission to get you to preorder things though hehe that's why I'm giving 4/5 stars.

Worst Customer service ever I was told the game was gonna be on sell Xmas eve by a worker I get in the store and the manager says no sell they read the paper wrong sorry nothing we can do the manager's name was Anthony he was extremely rude and did nothing to help the situation smh never again

Asked for a POP that wasn't on the shelf and the sales rep was nice enough to go to the back and get it.

Came about 5 months ago and turned the Gamestop into a prestige Gamestop! Soon its about to be a 50/50 store with half being games and the other half being collectibles. I can't wait until it does.

They have ok customer service. The lady was on her cellphone. I bought street fighter x texxen and uncharted 3 game of the year edition on Monday and they didn't work on my boyfriends PS3 so we went back to the store to exchange it for a better copy, the street fighter x texxen STILL doesn't work. They need to start testing their games before giving them to customers

I just wanna say the employees Ms. Keke And Mr. Josh was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed and made my purchase worth while. Thanks GameStop for having such incredible people. They deserve recognition and free lunch lol but thanks Keke & Josh!
