I came to get my pre order game and haven’t been able to all week because the system is down

I normally hate going to gamestop's mainly because the staff at any gamestop location tends to be extremely rude and off putting but anytime I see Tom in the store I know I'm gonna get taken care of. He goes above and beyond everytime to make me feel satisfied with my purchase and time I'm extremely satisfied with my experience today it completely trump's the bad ones I've had up there. Thanks Tom for keeping gamestop great!

Have purchased several games from this branch before and today have to return a game we had an issue with. Sir Jonathan was very helpful and accommodating. We have a gamestop in our city but we particularly go to this one because it's nearer and fortunately the people are pleasant.

Preorder resident evil village deluxe edition was told they dont have any idea where it is.

Awesome customer service very friendly employees will definitely be going back to this store.

The Guy running it, I didn't catch his name (May 4 2021), was very nice and gave me another potential option for buying what I was looking for. Easy 5 stars.

Customer service was despicable maybe the guy there was already having a bad day but I simply called to see whether or not they had a game in stock and he was utterly rude

They sell used games for original prices and if they won't pay the true amount your game is worth

Some cool looking games but when I went there last night there was hardly any wii games. And I have a wii. All I have is Go Vacation and Super Mario Bros. Wii. Maybe I have one more but idk.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. It's not a big store but it is packed. They are obviously doing well with products. The staff is informed about a number of games and very knowledgeable about the merchandise. I got my membership renewed and saved money after I got a few coupons towards my purchase. Very happy overall

This gamestop is the best gamestop within 50 miles of my location allways very helpful they know what there talking about and try to give you the best advice they can

Only had 3 PS 5 for preorder. They could have told me early on how many like every other store on twitter but waited from 10pm to the next day 5th inline and couldnt preorder. Smh
Asked the guy on thursday before the second wave and he told me that he doesnt know how many with a shakey voice and looked down the whole time.
Also online tried placed my order and got charged but order didnt go through. This happened 2 times. Come on i thought i waited inline online for a reason.
