I originally had a real bad experience with one of the associates, he was a real jerk that only cared about his rating and not helping anyone with questions, but the store manager, shes absolutely great. Truly made my opinion do a 180.
Henry at this store knows his stuff!
I was having issues with a mic not working on my PS4, I had youtubed everything I could to fix the problem. After speaking with Henry I found out there is another setting inside the Fortnite that needed to be changed so the mic would work.
Kudos Henry! You were a big help and I hope this review makes you Employee of the Month. You deserve it!
Super friendly employees who know a ton about games. I would recommend getting the warranty on games though especially if used as my Son bought Elder Rings for Xbox 1 and halfway through it glitched. Had he spent the extra dollar or two he could have gotten it replaced because by the time he got to the glitch it was too late to return it.
Real fast service, it's been that way for as long as I can remember so that's a definite positive.
But biggest props go out to my girl Sonya!

First off they LIE to Customers on the phone. How is it you tell me I'll hold the game system until you come pick it up! BUT WAIT! Here's the kicker? SOON AS I WALK IN YOU SELL IT TO A LADY IN FRONT OF ME And have the Audacity LOOK ME IN MY FACE AND SAY! YOU TOOK TOO LONG! BUT GET THIS PEOPLE I CALLED TO LET HER KNOW I WAS ON MY WAY IN HER WORD'S (O. K.) If i could give you a zero I would! So take that 1 Star as a zero Ma'am and have a Miserable Day! (LIAR)
