10Really like the staff and it's quiet so I get a chance to browse the games in peace. Plus the staff are really passionate about gaming and in a lot of my visits I talk to them about games the whole time.
Great customer service. Even when I didn't get good service at the store in Macon they handled my problem well.
Got Cyberpunk used for 19 bucks, disc's in great condition and staff was knowledgeable. Stop by, good selection.
Very helpful but we almost left to go buy our game at Wally world. The only reason we were at GS is because while at Walmart getting ready to buy the game I happened to look it up to get reviews and saw it was around $4 cheaper at GS. Once inside GS we talked about the game and we're informed it cost almost $15 more than we had seen online. I quickly called it out to the salesman and was informed they could price match if it was on their website cheaper. He looked and of course it was so he did the price match. We did end up getting the game and didn't have to go back to Walmart thankfully.
I am really confused about how you price match yourself though, shouldn't you have the same prices in store as you do online? I mean you still have employees and building to maintain in person or the GS warehouse so it just seems like another way to rob people that didn't look online prior to shopping.
I go here at least once a month, to use my $5 pro or just to chill and windowshop sometimes. Always good people, enlightening about products or whatever topic at hand, and fun to talk to and shop at.
Excellent prices but whatever you do do NOT get them to order and ship your items to you. Said I would receive in 2 days. I'm still waiting.
Small store with big heart, good pricing and fast and knowledgeable staff for whatever you need.
The representative was so very helpful. He was working alone, but handled everything expeditiously. He was friendly and informative to the customers ahead of me as as to me. Great experience and I am not even a gamer. I was there to complete a return for my nephew.
