7It's your basic GameStop. That said it's very small for a GameStop. If you like to go to GameStop for collectibles and stuff your selection here will be very limited. But the employee there was polite and helpful when I bought the game I came for. I gave 4 stars mainly for the small size of the store.
Conrad and Michael provided excellent service. They were extremely knowledgeable regarding options and games. Ended up getting a uearly subscription due to their service and advice.
Employees here have been kind and personable, offering help unprompted such as "this game is at the store, we can call and have it held". And such.
Employees are very knowledgeable and seem to enjoy being there and talking to customers.
Just came buy on the way home from work to pick up my preorder for FF16. The door was shut with no notice on the front. Went to another store in the mall, used the bathroom and the door was still shut (30 mins later). Going to BestBuy, glad I only put 5 dollars down. Hopefully I'll get my refund.
Armani was amazing! Very knowledgeable, energetic and made my experience fun!
One employee talked bad words and walked to the back store and front talking bad words. Sad Im leaving fast with my kids
