This GameStop is so awful. I preordered games from here twice and we were supposed to get items and literally everytime I get there they say they’re out of the preorder items. Might I had I get there an hour after they open. At this point they’re lying to customers. DONT PREORDER GAMES FROM HERE.

The Female manager is rude and only cares about you if you buy something. Has zero interest in helping you if you have questions. I personally will never shop here again.

There really funny here, I love them. Their super polite, helpful, friendly and awesome. Well help you with whatever you need to the best of their ability.

Went into the store literally two minutes ago employee asked me if I needed help I told her what I was looking for she pointed to a corner with a series of multiple devices.

I asked another employee for assistance literally bypassed me to help someone else. It seems GameStops staff are more concerned with doing inventory, and selling items of a higher price range than the arduous task of "Customer Service".

When Rhinos was here years ago it had quality, customer service, and professionalism. With GameStop we never receive any of that just staff members working for a paycheck. No quality, no service just laziness.

Love the layout. Very roomy and a lot of great inventory! The store was packed and the employees were swamped being so close to Christmas so I didn't get the best idea of their normal customer service but they were still nice so there's that. I did like being able to go online and order and play for it and just get there and pick it up. Strongly suggest to my friends and family!

Many new and used games along with sundries shirts etc for the gamer they buy good used games and platforms for cash

Always super friendly and attentive. I was shopping for 3 different birthdays and they let me and my son set up in the corner on the floor so we could go through everything we were considering purchasing. It was a mess to say the least lol. But we always have fun when we visit. Excellent store!

Largest Variety of Video Games to browse available in stores. They also have the best prices and deals when purchasing Video Games and Consoles! However, the service is slow, the lines are long on weekends, employees are rude, and they are a bit arrogant when you try to casually converse about Video Games with them. However I still do business with them, because its the best place to fill up my Video Game Collection!

Most items you can find at these stores can be found at a better value through Microsoft or Sony's online store if you wait for the sales they change every week or use your consoles streaming service which is more fairly priced. The next gen consoles probably won't even have a disc drive.

Very friendly and helpful are they very busy because there was only one person working, she never got agitated and I called ahead she had my purchase waiting right at the register. Great service with a smile under high stress.

The people here are very engaging and friendly. I had a great experience here. I know nothing about games, but they helped me a lot!

Helpful workers helped me find what I needed and didn't over charge and also provided the necessary game knowledge that I was looking for.

I loved it! They didn't have the game we needed but they were very nice about ordering it for us! The lady working there was very friendly and the store had a nice atmosphere and a lot of cool merchandise, I will definitely come back!

The store is overcrowded with a lot of junk, and if you're in a wheelchair you can only access a fraction of it. I have no desire to shop somewhere that doesn't care if I'm able to get around their store.

We went to Wal-Mart first. They had an in store only sale. Of course, we couldn't get help and then they were sold out at every store around our area, TYPICAL!
I checked out gamestop and they had the SAME Deal! Thanks guys, really appreciate your help

I feel like they got more stuff for new games than the old like Xbox 360 they barely stock them or have anything worth playing

I been going to this Gamestop for 10 years It has mainly been good untill we went to try and buy a wireless controller and Xbox Live card was told to buy online another employee who needs to be fired unless they changed there stuff

The customer service was impeccable. Very nice staff. I was able to get in and out with my game and a few extras.

I like the way they display the games and other materials. There is a lot of other Xtra products to purchase as well. Games, t-shirts, superhero things. Very very much kid friendly. Wide spaces to walk. Very friendly staff. Worth your time and money to visit. Have fun.
