Although the staff was very friendly, my consultation turned out to be a waste of time. When I presented my PS4 console to the consultant and described my problem, I was told that they could only work on my PS4 console if it was purchased at Best Buy. Their post clearly states the opposite.

Do not come here for phone repair! I had a cracked phone so they told me. But after waiting 4 hours when I was told it wold take 1 1/2 they told me that I have other problems that they can’t fix. What a complete waste of my time! Very bad customer service!
