Georgia’s Vending Repair Center, Lawrenceville GA

Our company, Snack Shack Vending LLC, booked an appointment on 06/22/2023 for Leo and his employees to service/repair our vending machine due to theft and vandalism. There was a $30 deposit paid at that time. We purchased the vending machine from this company over a year ago. The appointment was scheduled for 06/27/2023 at 9AM but we received a phone call around 9: 30PM the night before advising that there was an emergency and the appointment would need to be rescheduled for 06/29/2023 at 9AM, in which we were present for, but Leo and his team was a no call no show. We have called and left voice messages and sent text messages since that day with no response. We have filed an insurance claim that is being held up by Georgia Vending Repair Center LLC because we need an estimate of repair costs to submit to the insurance company for reimbursement for the money and goods stolen from the machine. We are very dissatified with the way Georgia Vending Repair Center LLC has handled this situation and would like it rectified ASAP!

Never repairs in a timely manner or give updates have to chase them down. Had my machine “ repaired “ by them broke down a few months later. Ask them to come out again took so long i canceled and haven’t received my deposit back 3 weeks later

GVRC has always taken care of us at Atlanta Vending pros! We have known Leo and his father for years and there is no doubt they are some of the most experienced in repair and moving. We have used them for repairs in the past and use them for moving services often. Leo always comes through.

The communication and reliability of this company needs drastic improvement! It's quite frustrating trying to get business done using their services. The business honestly just needs more structure overall. Used the services more than once, but I'll be looking for other vending companies to use going forward.

I’ve dealt with Leo and John very unprofessional. They don’t follow up and poor communication and coordination. I don’t recommend using them. I spent $1500 with them in my machines are still not working.

I use Georgia’s Vending Repair Center regularly and they are always dependable and provide great service.

Our Vending company has used GVRC for both repairs and moving of machines. We have also used GVRC's "White Glove Service where GVRC picked up a new Machine we had ordered from the Shipping company terminal brought it the machine's location. Then unpackaged it and helped us set it up. We don't have the ability to have machines dropped ships to our businesses location so this White Glove service was a lifesaver.
We have used GVRC for multiple repairs in the last year. For example repairing and refurbishing compressors. We have yet to run into a repair situation that GVRC could not handle. When we run into a problem we cannot fix ourselves our first call is to GVRC.

Leo and his staff are top notch professionals in their field. He has helped me from the time I started my vending company in 2008. He was always very knowledgeable and bent over backwards to help me any way he could. His service and delivery work was excellent. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing service in the vending industry.

I’ve worked with this company for several years now, and I’m overall very pleased with their work. I’ve had machines repaired, and I’ve had multiple machines moved/delivered. Leo and his team are very reliable, and have been a pleasure to work with.

Extremely poor service. BEWARE! Purchased 4 machines from them. Not only did we have to reschedule the drop twice, they were late when they did show and the machines did not functioning properly upon arrival. It has been 8 months and the issues are still yet to be taken care of. They stopped returning calls as soon as the purchase was finalized. Currently seeking money back!

Leo doesn’t answer his phone calls, he charged $1000 to fix a compressor with installation, the compressor worked for two weeks only. He said there is an 8 months warranty but now he refuses to show up to scheduled appointments and stopped answering the phone and doesn’t answer text messages either. Do not do business with this company, they will take your money and run.

**STOP** 0/10 Do Not Recommend. The communication is horrible. When I called about purchasing the machine, the communication was superior. But once I paid, the communication changed, drastically. I had to basically stalk them to get my machine. They didn't confirm payment (although I knew they had my money, I ended up sending proof and confirming myself), they wouldn't tell me the delivery date, then the day they delivered they arrived hours late. It was literally hours, like a half a day later. Leo told me I would have maintenance for the machine for 4 months but he never showed up to do the maintenance. They don't answer calls or texts unless it's about purchasing a machine obviously. I purchased in June, it's October and I'm still waiting for my machine to be serviced. As a business owner, this is not how you run a business. I will never do business with them again. TRASH!

Getting kicked in the groin has a higher rating than this company. I asked them to refurbish my machine. No communication after they took my coke machine. Horrible. Wish I could give them a zero star rating.it’s been over a year and they won’t return text or calls.
