They are a lier. Everyone in the company speaks differently. I sent my electronic board to them. They thought they repaired it and they sent it back to me without giving me information. I forced them to return the item to the facility to test and share the test result with me. Guess what happened? Board has not been repaired at all. Didn't finish yet, they said next day first thing ship my board back to me. 4 days passed. They just created shipping label. As soon as I receive the board, I am going to open and check inside.

They basically begged me for a chance to repair my board, I even sent them a photo of the damage before sending them the unit to make sure they could repair it, which they assured me they could. So I sent it in just for them to get back to me saying they couldn't fit it. It's now been with them for 4 weeks and I haven't received it back yet.

Very good customer service, very quick turn around service when parts are in stock, if not, they let you know the lead time. Several folks in the office that can help you out. Very good repair facility,

I contacted two other electronic repair companies prior to contacting Global Electronic Services. Both told me they could not repair my board. GES said absolutely they could repair the board. When I sent it in they contacted me and gave me a very high price for repair. I base that solely upon the replacement cost. When I contacted them and told them that was too high they said that they could do a simple repair without a full check and test of the board and they dropped the price considerably. I just received the board back and it works perfectly. And the paperwork also reflects some tests that they performed on the board to ensure that the rest of the components were good. They were very responsive, contacting me frequently to let me know what was going on. I highly recommend Global Electronic Services. I am very happy.

Had a focusrite 2i4 that had the pins broken off of the USB connection at the solder joints on the board. Sent it in and they had it fixed for the half the cost of a replacement in just a few days.

I worked there for a little over a month convincing people to send items in for repair.

Out of every repair I sent back at least half did not work. I had a customer report to me that there were obvious bad components on a board, he sent it back under warranty and when we returned it the board had again visible bad components and didn't work.

If you ask other employees if the warranty situation was consistent they were afraid to answer as there are literally cameras every few feet in the ceiling. I am pretty sure you would be under less surveillance working at the CIA.

I would highly suggest nobody ever work here or utiozeu this companies services. They promise the moon and stars only to deliver "repairs" that you will have to return multiple times before they end up scrapping them.

Buywr beware.

I'm not pleased with the services of GES. My device (almost new HMI) was at their facility for 10 weeks to repair an ethernet port. It turned out they could not repair it and I suspect the part was too costly or unavailable. They advertise 1-5 day turnaround! We spent lots of time on both ends to resolve this. Not sure what their technical expertise is but customer service is problematic.

Since we have started doing business with Global Repair Services we have received nothing but the best service. Our account manager exceeds all expectations by far. She communicates with us on a regular basis, keeps us informed on the status of our products, and has an all around positive attitude no matter the situation. Thanks for meeting and exceeding all of our business needs!

The people are really friendly and they have an awesome customer service department. They are really fast with repairs and replying to any questions I have. The sales manager Freddie goes above and beyond to help me out with any problems I may have. Thank you GES.

I've worked with John Russell several times to get electric motors up and running. He does a great job, and his customer service is second to none, regardless of the size of the project. He takes care to make sure everything is done first rate.

One star is an over generous rating!
Took a simple 2 speed / 3hp Electric motor to them for repair. 3 days later they sent an invoice request for approval of $346.00 We issued a P. O # authorizing the repair.
3 weeks later I called for results and was told the repair was complete, but there was a problem when final testing the motor. I expressed the urgency of getting the motor back because of loss in production capabilities without it. They called later in the day and said it was ready for pick-up. When I arrived, they had a bit of difficulty locating my motor, then asked me to sign the pick up release sheet.
It was NOT repaired, and in fact looks like they never had it apart or even cleaned it up for inspection.
IMHO - Terrible service, useless communication, and outright fraud in answering my questions.

I would like to thank my representative Heather, although we do not have a high volume of work for GES, I am very pleased with the result when we do. I always get fast, friendly service and their pickup and delivery service is wonderful.

Repair and testing? HA! This company is a joke. They look like a million bucks but its all smoke and mirrors. You get "free evaluation". That means you send it in, they try and find the part number and locate the new price for it, cut that price in half and then send you an invoice. Without ever actually having a tech look at it. No matter how many notes you send, no matter what you tell your account rep. A technician doesnt even touch the units to look at until they get your PO. The testing there is laughable at best. The Dyno testing is a joke. They've had the same drive on the dyno for 4 years and they train their team there to say a specific set of phrases so it comes off like they actually know what they're talking about. The only actual "load testing" that takes places in this place, is when UPS loads it onto a truck. They actually have some good techs there, but they dont let them put the work in. And a handful of the account managers are actually decent people, that simply cant get out of there. All the reviews that are positive here, are the result of the account managers calling and asking their customers to leave reviews to get their score up because they're only 1.9 on glassdoor. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. Send your repairs to the OEM. Pay the oem price.

I wrote a quite detailed negative review a while back but deleted it after subsequently lambasting the company over the phone for a variety of issues. Unfortunately, after the deserved lambasting, I naively believed they would actually address the issues and so deleted the review. One of the issues was that, at that time, their BBB report was essentially "withdrawn" (even though they claim to be BBB "accredited"; keep in mind, BBB accreditation is a pay to play scam in itself but that's yet another problem in the "modern" American economy). At any rate, more than a month ago I took the time and trouble to call the BBB to ask where this company's report was. The BBB told me at that time, check the BBB website again in "two hours". It'll be back up. I just checked yet again (a moment ago) and STILL no report! I don't appreciate being lied to and I also told this company of this situation with their disappearing BBB report when I lodged my first complaint here on these pages. Call the BBB and get your report re-posted IMMEDIATELY. Or, better yet, get your report posted and, at the same time, get yourself out from under the BBB's pay to play scam which has become a despicable circumstance that just perpetuates the worst kind of DECEPTION in the community. As far as your repair services, as previously noted, inasmuch as you could not even handle the simplest of technical inquiries I ended up re-winding the damn motor myself. The hell with these god damn CORPORATIONS whose only purpose in 'life" is to steal, lie and deceive the public. We were better off under Feudalism! And, do NOT call me. I am not deleting this review as now I am really irked to have been lied to by the BBB, an entity that businesses such as yours pay money to to provide "cover". Maybe next time I need electrical repairs, I'll contact the Mob. Indeed, with regard to another aspect of our lives here in Amerika, I now tell all friends, "need a life saving pharmaceutical? Buy it from organized crime as at least organized crime, or the Mob, won't exploit you like the pharmaceutical companies do. LOL! At any rate, where in the Word is the BBB report for Global Electronic Services? Why has it not been posted for so long all the while the BBB says you are "accredited". ("Accreditation" is BBB's pay to play scam but I still want to see the publicly accessible REPORT.

This group of people do fantastic work! I deal with Sarah Lyle and Robert Corcoran on the sales side and Heather Coffey for the approvals. They always go above and beyond to help me out. They exemplify what customer service is about. I highly recommend GES to anyone with repair needs.

Angel Ellingham is our Account Manager and is a "Rock Star". Follow up and attention to detail is impeccable. This company knows what customer service should be and exemplifies it every day. Angel goes the extra mile time and time again to make sure every detail is taken care of ensuring that the customer is fully aware of what is going on. Her product knowledge is great.she always lets me know the different items they repair along with quoting new and / or refurbished parts. If you are not using Global.you are missing the boat. Excellence every time.
