Very accommodating and hospitable staff. Best experience with a furniture store and I haven’t even walked inside yet! We were dealing with a family emergency and needed to move my father-in-law into a nearby assisted living facility. I called the store and Betty sent me a few options. I kept her updated on the situation and they delivered and assembled the furniture the day after we placed the order, a few hours before my father-in-law arrived. The furniture itself is high quality, but it’s the customer service that made the difference for me and it will be our go-to store in the future.

Do not order from this company online. When I placed my order, the checkout page included a note that it would ship in 2-4 weeks. After 6 weeks, I had received no updates - not even a tracking number.

At this point, I attempted to contact the store. My first 2 calls and voicemails went unanswered. After another week, I was able to speak to someone on the phone, who told me they couldn't help with online orders and then attempted to hang up after telling me they would have that department call me back. I told them to give me the number so I could call myself; predictably, they didn't answer either of my calls.

The only prompt response I received throughout the entire process was when they immediately canceled my order after I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They are clearly selling items online that they don't have in stock and hoping that not everyone will bother with filing a dispute.

Ordered expensive tv stand, credit card was charged immediately. Never heard anything on order status for 2 months. Called company over 10 times, they could never tell me where my order was. They said this was an "online order" and they had no insight into my order. They eventually told me to dispute my credit card because they couldn't cancel. Then the furniture showed up, but sadly it was damaged (one leg broken off and 2 sides of furniture cracked from this), so they agreed to take it back and give me a refund (I didn't want to wait another 2 months for another one). Now however, I haven't heard from the store, no refund, and they have not approved my credit card dispute. Gave two stars because the guys I talked on the phone at the GA store were very nice and empathetic, and it seemed out of their control. At the same time, online orders are made under their company name, so my advice is to get a hold of that part of their business. Talking to them they say they have no control over the on-line orders. Doesn't make sense, and if they can't control it, will sadly impact their reputation because it's still under their name. Fingers crossed I can get my money back.

9/18 update: I was sent a defective chair. One of the arms is bent out so far that it creates a gap. I sent the owner pictures. First he claimed not to see anything and said “with this price quality might not be top and there might be imperfection. ” Supposedly a new recliner was ordered for me on 8/9. On 8/27 I asked if it had shipped. He said it would go put that week. On 9/16 I asked again. He said he would look into it and I haven’t heard back. I’m done dealing with this company. I will refile my dispute with my bank and go buy a recliner from a reputable furniture store.
8/8 update: Chair was delivered yesterday. Owner was in constant contact with me from the time the label printed until today. I was issued a partial refund for the troubles.
The store had just started online sales and had a few hiccups they needed to work through.
7/31 update: Finally received a call today. Recliner should be getting shipped tomorrow. I’ll update again when it arrives.
Ordered a recliner online that should have been delivered between 7/25 and 7/28. Today is 7/30 and it hasn’t even shipped. I’ve called 3 times. First time I was told the owner would call me back. Second time I was told someone from online sales would call me back. Third time I had to leave a message. I have not gotten any return phone calls. But they had no problem taking the money out of my account right away so now I need to file a dispute with my bank.

Pros: salesman greeted us warmly and wasn’t pushy. We were able to leave without feeling harassed in any way.
Cons: the furniture is WAY overpriced. The signs advertise warehouse liquidation sale but even with sign showing the “original price” being slashed, the sale price was astronomical for most items.

I went into the store looking for a television stand and fell in love with a bedroom set. The owner and service representative were very helpful and knowledgeable in making sure I was pleased with the purchase and the price was great. Can't wait for the delivery.

Stephen was very helpful, best customer service I have had in a while. Greeted me as I walk in the door help me gave a good price for the items I purchased. I will be back to purchase more due to his customer skills.
