Had Guardian come to my home after my system stopped working. They gave me great advice and options after giving me a diagnosis of my system’s condition. I have used Guardian for multiple years and they have brought a great deal of peace of mind to my home!

Jason Lavasseur was the technician who installed our air purifier. He was professional, respectful, and answered all our questions even working until the evening to ensure the system was up and running. As long as Guardian maintains this level technical expertise, we’ll continue to use them.

They replaced 2 HVAC units in my home in 2021. Since that time, I have continued with the seasonal maintenance. I cannot say enough good things about how well the communication is with the company. They are very responsive, arrive as anticipated for appointments, & are very professional and knowledgeable from the office staff to the technicians.
We recently completed a large home renovation which created a ton of fine dust. During our winter maintenance check, Josh M.notified us of heavy dust accumulation on both of our new units which if neglected could have been quite a problem. He completed a cleaning today which restored them to their "like new" condition.

Guardian Home Experts _ the best company around for home maintenance and fixes. Hans just checked our heating system. Professional, very friendly. Explained us options how to improve air quality. Helped us with other problems. Couple months ago water bill showed us, that we had problem with water leakage.
Angel was absolutely great, explained, fixed our 2 baths, advised about other problems. Fast, professional, friendly.
We are grateful, that finally we have Guardian experts to help us with our home fixes.

BJ replaced my leaky faucet. He was fabulous! Came by to give me a quote and advised me on what brands to buy/ stay away from. Came a week later and installed it. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and I thought the quote was totally fair. Would absolutely recommend!

I have needed help with my AC twice and both times Guardian has been quick to get a tech to my house as well as complete the service in an efficient manner. Most recently Gio Sicairos was here within 4 hours and fixed my condensate line in a matter of a few minutes. He was professional and explained everything he was doing. I would recommend Gio as well as Guardian to anyone.

It is not often a company exceeds my expectations, but Guardian Heating & air and their exper technicians Josh Bennett & Jamie Dias really went above and beyond on sight while their phone reps were extremely responsive and flexible.

They carry a strong professionalism to them- Josh showed us every step what was wrong & needed to be fixed, and Jamie was fast and professional with that fix once they had the part.

Text communications got a same day response and hold times when calling verbal were quick. Promises to deliver updated information were kept and not simply forgotten.

There was some frustration with the timing of a part they had to order but they were ready to explain and make things right.

Genuinely 0 complaints at the end of it all as they went above and beyond.

Guardian installed a replacement AC in place of the 15 year old one last Friday. All the people from Guardian were very professional and courteous. Matt and Montel did the install. They did a first rate job, looks good and works great. They had to install a new line set over a drop ceiling, not an easy task, and did a great job. Hans the repair tech did a good job explaining the options I had for the replacement. Overall a good experience with Guardian.
