I was not happy with the additional cost (for materials) which was added on unexpectedly when the contractors performed the work for the TV mounting.
I was under the impression that the price quote included everything. Disappointed.
I feel “nickeled and dimed” for $50 over what I expected.
Otherwise the quality of the work was good.
A bit disappointed on the lack of follow up communication after the appointment. I would not recommend.
