I absolutely love this company! Extremely professional by phone and face-to-face. They set my expectations from the word GO and did everything they said they were going to do.

My technician Antonio was super knowledgeable and went above and beyond providing recommendations etc. I’ve already programmed Hammond in my contacts because I will be calling again for my routine Winter and Summer maintenance inspections in the future. ️

7/13/2021 - I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but when a company has done a good job I cannot help but recognize their AMAZING work!

This is another homerun hit out of the park from Hammond Services! 16 days without AC, I had to go outside of the 2/10 warranty network to have my AC unit diagnosed and repaired by true professionals. It only took one phone call to the wonderful and very professional agent Shanedra to schedule the visit.

Technician Mark Hilson did a phenomenal job! Truly remarkable guy! He was super professional, knowledgeable, and honest about EVERYTHING! He took the time to show me what he found and educate me. He fixed it and now I have cold air again after three weeks without it. Both deserve raises for their outstanding work!

Brannon came out twice, and he was great to work with! Hammond is always timely and professional.

Chris did a great job! He took care of everything and even went above and beyond to get a clean up company to come and give me an estimate on the damage. Great company and Chris os a jewel. Thanks Hammond for working with us.

Hammond really delivered; the tech arrived on-time, promised a quick repair and was in & out with no further issues. They have one satisfied customer over here.

I had a bathroom faucet installed. Scheduling the appointment was easy and the office staff was very courteous and professional. The technician, Austin Miller, was very polite, and the installation was completed expeditiously and without technical issues. He also ensured the work site was cleaned and all waste removed before departing. I have used Hammond Services on many occasions, and their work consistently meets expectations for quality and price.

James was very friendly and personable. He went about his work and efficiently took care of needed checks to see that things were in good working order. He offered to discuss any matters he recommended for our consideration.

Diontay was very thorough and explained everything as he cleaned out our dryer vent.

And he didn’t laugh when I asked to see the junk that came out of the vent.

David came in assessed the situation, formulated a solution and got right on the case. This is the type of customer service that is very appreciated. Thanks Hammond for sending out Mr. Wall.

Service Tech was professional and knowledgeable about replacing my hot water heater. Total time from arrival for assessment to departure after install was less than 2 hours, and instalation looks much better than what was removed. Would recommend.

Marty Coats was on time, expedient and efficient. He thoroughly explained everything about my new water heater and gave me tips on keeping it in the best condition to make it last longer.

I am not usually one to write reviews but I had such an amazing experience with the company! The representative was kind and was able to provide me direction that most likely saved my AC unit! Then Mark was kind and professional! He connects with his customer and puts the at ease. The repairs were honest and quoted a great price! I am so grateful to them and happy my neighbors referred me to them!

Manny was so courteous and helpful and shot straight with me about my plumbing situation. He did excellent work for us.

These guys are good! I have always had a hard time with plumbers.trust issues. Being a contractor myself and needing a well fixed in a pinch the customer service, quality of work and the personalities were TOP GUN! I am going to be using them from here on out and also have already sent out mass emails in my community!

Technician Jeremy was excellent! On-time (actually early) and went right to work problem solving our problem. Took him no time to repair issue and left our home as he found it.
