Hammonds Services has done a great job troubleshooting electrical issues in our newly purchased home. Would not hesitate to use them again, should the need arise.

Shawn and Levi and Mason were great and professional! Shawn answered all my questions to make me feel comfortable! They worked from 9 am until 9 pm to get me up and running and came back again to finish up! Then Mason came to make sure everything was running well and answered any final questions I had. If you are looking for a professional and thorough company look up Shawn and Levi at Hammond Services! Update: I felt my AC unit wasn’t working up to par so I called for a recheck. I was happy Shawn was my tech and he fixed what he thinks was causing my issues and to follow up in 1 week! They quickly had someone come out to rectify the problem and hopefully it is fixed!

I wanted to take the time to do this review concerning the service I received.
First I want to say my leak happened at 8pm on a Thursday night. I was frantic and distraught. I take good care of my house and have never had leak. I immediately called 3 different plumbers the first 2 didn’t answer but Hammond did not only was the young lady pleasant but helped to calm my fears and anxiety. She took down my information, I didn’t expect a call back. I called early… like 7am in the morning the next day.remember I am anxious lol, I spoke with a young lady who calmed me down and told me she could have someone there the same day. I choose the next day. My service tech was Mike L, if you call request him, he is a family man who takes pride in his work. He explained everything in detailed to us and told us what needed to be done. He didn’t even get upset when my husband asked questions and wanted to see how the work progressed. I highly recommend this company and will be reaching out to them for all of our plumbing needs and possibly some electrician work.
The only thing I think would help is an itemized quote however I can understand why they don’t do this because people may become combative about every little charge.

Shawn and Dakota did a great job. Others have tried but they got it done. Shawn knows HVAC. He corrected previous work, and the system appears to be functioning as it should now. Well done.

Our AC unit was 21 years old and finally could not make it any longer and everything needed to be replaced. Shawn and his guys got to work at 9 AM and didn’t leave until everything was up and running. Shawn kept us in the loop throughout the entire process and even made a few extra requests happen with no issue. Without a doubt choosing Hammond was the best choice we made. We can’t thank them enough for making sure that our old system was gutted, hauled off and the new system was in with zero issues. Hammond saved us from the summer heat and for that we are thankful.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with them. I like the level of transparency. The technician, Austin, was thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
