Don’t do it. Please don’t do it. Fee to diagnose is cheap but dude took my TV and had it for over two months with little to no communication. I’m telling you, calling him was the worst and it’s just too frustrating. Now I did get my TV back. He couldn’t fix it and I do feel as if his rationale was accurate which is why I’m giving it two stars but never in my life would I advise anyone to go.

Called a repair shop back in mid March to repair my Sony Bravia 65" TV. They gave me the run around for almost two months before I decided to look for other places in my area. I was able to come into contact with Mr. Clem Friday Apr. 28,2023. I told him everything that was going on with the TV over the phone, and he told me that he would arrive the next morning for the diagnosis. He was very punctual, arriving that next morning within the time frame that he had stated. His attitude throughout the process was friendly and respectful. He is also very knowledgeable in his craft. He determined that the main board in the TV had gone bad. After the diagnosis, I paid him the 60 dollar fee for coming out and he told me that he would have the part by sometime that next week. The part arrived that Monday, and Clem made sure to notify me as soon as it was available. After hanging up the phone with him, he was out to install the part on that same evening. My TV has been working flawlessly so far and he did the work much faster and for far less than what the original repair company I contacted had quoted me. He also gave me a 3 month warranty if anything were to go wrong. I can say that I'm extremely impressed with Clem’s work. Satisfied customer, 10/10 would recommend!

Hart TV was exceptional. The technician was very knowledgeable. We had a difficult issue with our new tv and he was able to isolate the problem. We had spent hours trying to fix the problem ourselves. He was very professional.

Called him he came out the same day to pick up the tv. Replaced the backlights and had it delivered back within 2 weeks working like a brand new tv. Thanks hart tv repair I highly recommend them

I called Hart TV repair based on the quality of service of the previous owner. Clem assumed this business and unfortunately has not delivered the same level of credibility and professionalism. He took my TV to repair led backlights. Brought it back semi-repaired and said the part I needed for a full repair was not available. Two weeks later the tv was worse than before the repair. He agreed to refund me $100 and never did. Clem also offered a warranty that isn't worth anything. He stopped responding to my calls and texts. A shame when you try to support a small black-owned business and get scammed. Although this is his side hustle, I expected more. I don't recommend supporting this business.

Update: Clem called to apologize a few weeks ago and refunded me $100.

Absolutely amazing! My 75” TV had sound and no picture. I called Clem with Hart TV Repair, he came out the same day said it was the backlights, took it to his shop and fixed it in 3days and brought it back and it works great it’s like it never happen!

I called and Clem answered the phone which was great to talk to, a real person and not Animated. And Clem came to my house and assess my television situation. Very professional and on time period I greatly appreciate great customer service.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR TV TO THIS MAN. I called for a backlight repair on my Roku Tv. A man named Clem came to my house, took a look at it and said he would have to take my tv into his shop for repair. Charged me a $60 deposit. My television was taken for repair over a month ago now and I cannot get Clem to call me back at all. An actual physical location of his business does not exist. My husband and I have tried showing up to 3 different locations and nothing. My tv has been stolen and I plan on calling authorities about this as well.

Answered phone right away. Cheap fee to diagnose. Have not used them yet. Still considering options.

Don’t go to this guy, he is a fraud, scamming people into bringing their tv to get fixed and never fixes or gives it back. Truly Sad! Haven’t seen my tv in two months

Fast, friendly, and reliable service. My TV had sound but no picture, he answered the phone and was there the next day and the tv was repaired and working great.

Went to building either isn't there or wrong address been calling the number for a week now. Only reason I came here cause the reviews but not even sure if this is a business anymore
