Beth was very helpful! She helped me pick a paint color to match my rug. Ordered over the phone. Very simple process. Beth, the sales associate, was very courteous and respectful.

I've been shopping Havertys' for over 15 years and furnished 2 houses and a townhouse. The customer service is special and products never disappoint. We go to Harvertys' first and it is usually the last place for us. Why go anywhere else when Harvertys' is a proven winner!

Julie Thompson is absolutely incredible. She was our salesperson. Very friendly. Very professional. VERY patient. And most of all extremely knowledgeable about the furniture. I would recommend her highly to anyone.

Havertys Athens is amazing! Ilka Bakos, a salesperson at Havertys, is amazing! Her service, knowledge, care for the person, and professionalism are unlike any I've experienced. She made my experience so pleasant and cared for my happiness and well-being. I have shopped at many other furniture stores, and no store, salesperson or manager have come close to comparing to the positive experience one can receive here.

Kevin, our sales associate, and Stephanie, the designer, were very helpful when I was ordering a custom sectional. There had been some damage to the sectional in transit, which wasn't discovered until last week, when a leg broke off of the couch. Luckily, they were quick to respond and take care of the issue in time for the holidays. Jackie in customer service was very helpful and made sure that we were taken care of quickly. Furniture we ordered is also very comfortable!

I gave this business a 5 Star rating because of the excellent customer service from the time I walked in the door to the time I finalized my purchase of a reclining leather love seat and sofa. Matt and Ikla were professional and pleasant always answering my questions. I came in several times before making my final purchase. I must not forget Teresa in Cusomer Service who was a gem.

Plenty of furniture to look at if the sales staff would back off and give you time to look. Within a 5 minute period, the sales guy asked me 3 times if I needed anything. Yes, I did in fact, I needed to be left alone to try out the furniture.

Steve was the manager on duty and our sale associate. He was very helpful and never pressuring. We purchased a dinning room set and buffet. Delivery was quick. I highly recommend Haverty’s.

We had Courtney help us pick out a recliner/rocker combo for our new nursery and she was more than helpful! We will be back solely because of her! Havertys has a great employee in this young lady!

We were ready to buy and the saleswoman, who wasn't the one who was selling us furniture, tried to pressure us into buying an extra piece after having told the other salesperson several times that we weren't interested. She proceeded to tell us about her vaunted years of experience to show us how foolish we were. No thanks. We waited for them to show us in writing their issue with the warranty (they were half right but not about it voiding the whole warranty) when they took too long we left, drove down the road and bought the first mattress at their competitor.

The quality of the sectional in the store verses the one that was delivered to my house is not the same thing. I was delivered a Cuddler with a lump in the center of the cushion that would not come out. The second one they delivered the cushion did not fit on the cuddler. We are now seeing a bunch of piling of the fabric. When I bought the sectional the sales person bragged about how much they stand behind their products and even recommended the Guardsman protection, which we purchased. Going as far as saying “even if you damage a leg when vacuuming we will come out and fix it”. Really because I can’t get you guys to fix anything, not one thing and Top Draw Customer service just keeps giving me the run around. Needless to say I’m done and will never ever buy anything else from Haverty’s.
I have had my sectional for less than a year. The quality you see in the store was not delivered to my home.

Great shopping experience, but Top Drawer Customer Service is a bit of a joke. I ordered a chair and ottoman last month. Came quickly, which was awesome, but when we unboxed the ottoman the metal frame that allows it to rock is bent so bad it does not sit flat and wobbles. I opened the service ticket and was asked to submit pictures of the damage and I did. The pictures clearly showed the problem. I was contacted to set up a time for the service technician to come out. I assumed this was to fix the problem. Wrong. Even though I submitted several pictures showing how bad the problem is the technician was only sent to confirm that there was a problem. I just wasted 2 hours in the middle of my work day waiting for someone to tell me what I already knew. Now I have to wait god knows how long to actually get the problem fixed. What is the point of submitting pictures if no one uses them. Why can't I just take to ottoman back to the store so it can be resolved there instead of me having to waste my vacation hours on a 1 minute service call.

**Update. My husband decided to return the ottoman and reorder it. The sales staff was wonderful, and I had a new ottoman (delivered for free) about 10 days later. Now I'm a happy customer.

Supervisors management offices Etc don't care what the customer thinks once they have bought the furniture in fact it was impossible for me to ever get an answer from them and to this date I still have not been answered in my experience the two men who delivered the furniture one of them tracked Grease inside my house and across my carpeting they sent someone out to check it out and clean it but since they couldn't find a grease spot outside they made it very clear that they thought I put the grease on I don't know what they thought I hoped to gain by that but it was totally false and I never heard from them again in spite of the fact that the man who came to clean up the grease said that I would. I would never buy even a throw pillow from this company again I have asked them many times to stop sending me their Flyers Etc yet
it has been 3 years years later and they continue to send them. Given the prices here you would expect a higher quality of customer care. Please if at all possible shop Elsewhere for your furniture it will be more appreciated and sorry to say you will feel that it's more appreciated.
