Kiki was a wonderful saleswoman. She was personable, knowledgeable and went out of her way to accommodate me. She made the process very easy and enjoyable. Havertys has beautiful furniture and excellent quality. We purchase our LR furniture from them several years ago and they still look brand new. Savannah is lucky to have Havertys!

Porter Herron helped us re-design our living room and she was awesome! Her advice was solid and resulted in the nicest decor and furniture we have ever had. She went above and beyond, even coming to the house to understand how our open concept worked.

The furniture is excellent quality and the customer service was top notch. David was my salesperson and he really helped me find what I needed for my home and was personable and informative. Additionally Porter came to my home to help with the design of my actual rooms and this was a game changer for me! I didn’t feel immense pressure to buy things I didn’t need either. When there was an issue with a part not connecting right, it was taken care of right away and it was easy to speak with someone about finding what I needed. Highly recommend and would return when I need more furniture

My husband and I recently moved to the Savannah area and needed to furnish our new home. Haverty's Furniture was recommended to us by our daughter. Both the salesman and the designer at Haverty's listened carefully to what we were looking for and were not pushy. We selected a few pieces of furniture that we liked and shared the look we were going for with Porter the designer. Her services are provided at no cost. She came and measured our home and then put together a beautiful composite of furniture and accent pieces in a rendering-just like HGTV! The whole experience was not stressful and fun! I can highly recommend Haverty's if you are looking for furniture and the luxury of a talented designer!

Our salesman, Matthew Babcock, was very knowledgeable and helpful in ensuring we got the best deal.

Financed a $2500 couch through this store a few years ago and paid it off no problem. After not having used the card since purchasing my couch, this company closed my account without any prior notice and caused my credit score to drop almost 20 points. Store rep refused to reopen my account and restore my credit, unapologetically stating that company policy can cancel your account at any time for any reason. If that’s how they treat customers during these tight economic times, they have lost a customer for life.

From the moment we walked in the door…it was an experience like no other. We were looking for furniture for our living and dining rooms and worked with salesperson Kim and interior designer Porter. They actually took the time to listen to what we wanted, from styles, colors, etc.and tied everything together to create rooms that we are absolutely in love with! Our experience was amazing. Kiki Smalls and Porter O’Herron from Savannah Georgia store made sure that every aspect of our design was perfect. They worked with us for hours until we had everything we needed and liked for our new living room. They treated us as we were the most important people and made sure we were happy.
