Lionel Sackey, The store manager at the Haverty’s Town Center location in Kennesaw, GA went way above and beyond to find a specific piece of furniture for us. He dropped everything he was doing to accommodate our request. This is one of the reasons we always shop at this location. Thanks again Lionel!

Daren is an exceptional salesman. He puts customer service right up front. We always go back to Havertys to see him when we need something.

The service we got from Ms. Gwendy "Gigi" at the Haverty's on Kennesaw Ga was the best. She was patient and professional regardless of the back and forth we had in deciding what we wanted. If you ever stop by this location, ask for Gigi she will take great care of you.

Too bad there isn’t a less than one. Our delivery was today but the driver got the truck stuck at an earlier stop. Steph in customer service informed me that was no way to get our furniture before NEXT FRIDAY.he made no attempt to help, only told me what he couldn’t do. We have company coming Thursday and 25 people coming for a party and we have no living room furniture and no one at Havertys really seems to care. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else

Dan pointed us directly to the reclining sofas and the few various styles and comfort levels we wanted which made our choice so much easier!

NEWNAN, GA- HORRIBLE customer service! Do not use them, we have been RESCHEDULED 3 times & are still waiting on a couch that was promised to us 3 days ago. AS I EXPLAINED TO THEM, I had surgery on Tuesday so the Wednesday delivery date (that THEY set) was going to work perfect. Now it’s Friday, we already got rid of our old couch, & I’ve literally been confined to my bed since we have NO LIVING ROOM FURNITURE. They told us 8pm tonight (for the 3rd r/s) & JUST NOW got a voice mail at 8: 40 stating nope… not today either! They don’t even have the decency to have a real person call. GETTING A FULL REFUND FIRST THING TOMORROW- keep the couch. NEVER AGAIN!

Debbi is a complete delight and really helpful. People do business with those that they like and trust. Debbi is trustworthy and extremely likeable.
