Havertys is the perfect place for high quality, unique furniture. My husband and I had a great experience today. We were helped by Beverly - she is amazing! She was super knowledgeable and detailed. She really helped us visualize different concepts and provided a few great styling tips. What we appreciated the most is the sales people in this furniture store are not pushy or rude - they are very accommodating and approachable - you are left feeling welcomed.

We had a good experience at your Peachtree Road Branch. Matthew Colenzo was really friendly and helpful in such a way that we returned and made a purchase. We do love the variety of products and the various options on offer as well as the really great offers.

In store experience was good, however, after receiving chairs I ordered, I noticed one of them did not contain the hardware needed for assembly. Called the store within an hour of having them and was told customer service would contact me, that was 3+ weeks ago without a word. If you are a person who needs post-sale service look elsewhere.

They scheduled with me to deliver today, repeatedly delayed and now they have said they can't come! They can't even say when it'll be delivered. This is awful. It's a large company, I'm sure they have multiple drivers and trucks.

The customer service agent was an outstanding salesman. He was knowledgeable, charming, informative, and professional, and took as much time as I needed to decide on a sofa. As well, he had many insights on the mechanics of sofas, and attributes that contribute to a quality sofa.
