As soon as I walked in the door a rep greeted me (Nada). I told her from the jumó what I came in for and how much I was trying to spend. She got straight to the point and basically went above a beyond to help me. I give her and all that helped her 5 stars. That’s the way you do business

We feel that our sales person didn’t make us a priority. It felt as though he was focused on trying to get as many customers in at once and he left us waiting while he spoke to other customers. All this while actively in pursuit of our request! We felt undervalued!

We are happy with our purchase, but it was no thanks to him. We had done research ahead of time before entering the store.

My salesman greeted me as soon as I walked in and was very pleasant. I was surprised that my selection was in stock and could be delivered in a couple of weeks. That made me happy.

Very helpful sales associate at Havertys in Lithonia. We went to four other stores before this visit including one other Havertys. We were ignored by sales people at other stores. We actually went to the Havertys in Buckhead first, the sales associate there abandoned us.

I was greeted upon entering and given time to make my selections. Upon making my selection the rep answered all of my questions and even told me about the no interest financing

The employees here are very friendly, and approachable, the store is clean and has lots of furniture without seeming cluttered or imposing.

I've been a Havertys' customer for years. I was looking for a sofa and loveseat and had searched other stores because I wanted to save money. I was looking for a specific style, length, fabric, arm type and material. I ended at Havertys, where I should have gone in the first place. Needless to say, I found exactly what I was looking for and had a terrific sales consultant to boot. Thanks Jovan for your hard work and patience!

Over the years, we have bought furniture that we have seemingly had to replace year after year after year. When we finally decided to go to Haverty's Furniture, it was because we were tired of having to replace inferior quality. We are in the process of adoption and one of the requirements is to have all of our liquor locked up. In order to do this, we needed a piece of furniture that could serve as a our new liquor cabinet.

We started our look at the typical stores like Wal-Mart and Target and decided that if we were going to have to spend over $300, we would need better quality. So, we went to Ashley Furniture. We figured since half of our furniture came from there, we would be ok. We walked around and around and they had absolutely NOTHING that could be used as a liquor cabinet.

We took Our search to American Signature Furniture thinking that this would be higher quality. While they did have what we want, it did not exactly fit our needs. While we were there, we found a sectional that we "wanted". We agreed to come back and buy it, but by the time we were in the parking lot, we decided that it would not be a piece that we were satisfied with. So, we moved on to Haverty's Furniture.

Now, the minute we walked in, I knew the quality was there. Vivian Taylor greeted us close to the front door after we had started to walk around. We were under the impression they might all be busy and we did not know if we were in the right place or not. So, the tour started. We figured buying a dining room hutch would be the ONLY option. We looked at about 10 of them and then i say three cabinets in the back. I walked away from the group and started looking. There were 4 cabinets and one by one, we found reasons to eliminate them. Then, there was 1. We settled on it with the help of Vivian.

We decided that it was time to buy a new sectional. We looked around and looked around and then we found the one, but when the price was announced, my better half said no way. So we kept looking. We found another that he was interested in and it was $200 less. We talked and talked about settling. Then I made the point of getting what we want versus settling. We decided it was time to quit settling.

One of the questions that Rich asked was, why the furniture was so much more expensive. My answer; "We have been dining at McDonald's all this time and now we walked into Ruth Chris. "

Got recommended to shop there. I may be a customer for life now. Bought my mom an entertainment center and Ms. Sharon there was uber knowledgeable. I could listen to her talk for hours with her inputs and attributes.she so darling and I really appreciated her hospitality and patience with us. Why didn't nobody tell me about such good furniture shopping service.bye rtg hahaha jk
