Abysmal service! I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change. They didn't even begin to service the car for over 90 min. Still took nearly an hour to change the oil, and offered only a cursory apology. Then overcharged me.

Follow up visit on Dec 27th: I still appreciate Rufus interaction with me but am completely mystified by management. In two visits, no one in the sales management team has bothered to introduce themselves to me to thank me for giving them an opportunity to match me with a new VW - or to even acknowledge my existence. Life is about the richness of human interaction. Sadly, this dealership did not engage me to determine I was a serious buyer ready to move forward this week. Fortunately for me, lots of options available at many competitors. Needless to say, my business will go elsewhere.
