Very high in quality equipment, but the customer service Nowhere up to par with Their products! I was here in Atlanta, which I visit frequently, and I was hoping to look for a high end DAC for myself and a pair of headphones and amplifier for family a member. When I tell you not that it matters to them, but they lost out and one making a Sale and potentially a repeat customer. I consider myself an audiophile for at least the last 25 years and have put together many two channel stereo and Home theater set ups. I was basically pretty much ignored and did receive some Snobbish looks and attitude, I don’t think it was because the way I was dressed, because I was casually dressed, and several others wore little more than beachwear, and they were engaged and supported immediately. There’s only one other thing I could think of one thing potentially would make me stand out that was the issue. I’m glad I did not spend my money at this business.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The systems they have there (that you can try out) are truly great experiences. I'd recommend to anyone who is thinking about taking their systems to the next level to go here.

I went for headphones and was pleasantly surprised at how easy everything was set up for auditioning. The staff are amazing and super friendly. No pushy sales people here. They listen to your needs and tell you everything you need to know. A wide range of equipment for all budgets. The listening rooms were set up perfectly.spend time here. The staff really like to show you what's out there. I found my headphones and they were a lot less money than I thought I would spend. Really glad I went

Truly an amazing experience. Bryan took his time to educate my partner and I on all that HiFi had to offer. No products were pushed on us. Just a wonderful time learning and experiencing quality sound technology.

Great hifi store. Alan and his super knowledgeable crew make you feel completely at home as you listen to the finest High fidelity components available on the planet. They do not carry any low quality equipment, but can fit any budget with a great sounding system. A group of super nice guys who share their passion for music with you. This place is one of a kind.

They were very friendly; but, this was definitely not what i remembered. The listening rooms seemed tailored to way above my audiophile budget.

If you have the resources to buy and enjoy the best, this is your place. The best of the best in audio gear. I wish I would chose to afford it!

This store is incredible, with a wide range of equipment and super friendly staff! The vibe is very chill with no sleasy salesman-y tactics. They all seem like true music lovers who are very knowledgeable about the equipment they carry. I can't wait to go back! Highly recommended!

Had an amazing time here with my brother! We got to try a wide array of different audio systems ranging from $100 dollar headphones at the headphone bar to $60,000 floor speakers tuned in a dedicated quiet room.

We stayed for at least a few hours, and got to talk to numerous very knowledgeable and incredibly kind people. All the staff were patient and friendly, offering both refreshments and advice on things to purchase.

I walked away with a few pairs of headphones and a mobile DAC, and Chris (who was awesome!) assured me that if I wasn't completely happy I should bring any of it back, even the items that I bought open box. If I decided to get more audio equipment in the future, this place will be top of mind for my needs.

I recently visited HiFi Buys and was very impressed with my experience. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to answer any questions I had. The store was well-stocked with a variety of audio equipment, and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me to the right products for my needs. To top it off, they even offered complimentary coffee while I browsed! All in all, HiFi Buys is a great place to go for all your home audio needs.

Ed Scruggs was beyond helpful to me. I was willing to spend far more money than I ended up spending due to his suggestions on ways to improve my system for free…his suggestions were all spot on. That is customer service at its finest.

I had been wanting the experience and that’s exactly what I got. Went to purchase a turntable without a knowledge of need or budget. I was fortunate enough to have David White as my salesperson. He answered every question I had and a few I didn’t. His knowledge and the manner in which he presented it was top shelf. He knew when to let me listen to the records I brought and when to stand to the side. It’s all about the experience and I got a memorable one.
