Thanks Ms. Robinson for your excellent service yesterday, thank you for taking your time to explain us (me and my husban) the benefits of having a Homewood credit card. After coming to this store 3 to 4 days per week for the last 2 months finally someone had opened our eyes.

I bought a “youth” chair. I ended up returning it because the legs would not stay tight and it was extremely unstable. I wanted to replace it. I’m not sure if it was a manager I spoke with our just an hourly employee. He told me verbatim “I don’t mean to sound rude, but this is a youth chair. ” Not that it is ANY of Homegoods’ business, but I am 5’2 and 120 pounds and i’m too big for this chair? Mind you, the “youth” chair is pretty averagely sized. I did NOT appreciate basically being told I weigh too much for a chair. Replaced the chair, with appropriately working legs. Holds my 120 pound self just fine. Won’t be returning. If there is a weight limit on your chairs, display that. Chair with desk for comparison.

The store in Hiram was surprisingly stocked for a Saturday. I was super excited! Keep it up and check on the store in Douglasville.

Very nice products for home decor. They have reasonable pricing and good customer service. The only downside is that it may difficult to find the more than one of many products. The store is unable to order more for some reason. The website doesn't have everything you might see in the store. That being said, I do appreciate their unique items.

Well i called 8-12-21to see if they had wall art i was looking for and the manager Margaret was rude when I'm speaking let me get my full sentence before you say you don't have it and to think I thought she was a rude associate but manager is worst! Called at 2 pm date 8-12-21. UPDATE I CALLED TODAY UNFORTUNATELY MARGARET ANSWERED THE PHONE I WAS VERY PLEASANT AND AGAIN SHE INTERRUPTED ME AGAIN. YOU SHOULDNT SAY TO A CUSTOMER HATS THE ITEM IN A NASTY RUSHING TONE AND TGEN HEN I GT READY TO TELL YOU YOU INTERRUPTED TO RUSH ME. SHE NEEDD BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! 11: 15AM DECEMBER 16TH

My first time here it was very diverse and customer service friendly. They had a nice selection they also had a " Tiki Bar set" I was extremely surprised so you get little hidden treasure periodically not all the time available. Thanks

I love this place - it's addictive and you can just go completely crazy decorating (or re-decorating) your house at this place! Holidays - yes! Just gotta go here regularly to keep things looking awesome at home!

When this location initially opened, I was underwhelmed, but now the selection is MUCH better! I actually can't stop myself from just stopping in on every visit to other nearby large retailers because I usually find something I want for my home. Sooo happy the inventory improved!

First time visiting this location. I love the layout of the store. All associates were very friendly and helpful.

Very little enforcement of COVID protocols. Then again, considering it is Hiram, not really surprised. Yes, an associate or two stands near the doors, but beyond, customers take their masks off and roam about. Avoid until the pandemic is over and let natural selection take its course.

Clean place, nice staff, beautiful items. I wish they had sales for items to be more affordable.
