Called and got prices, but showed up and prices were a lot higher. Had cheaper appliances but were 20 years or more older. Not rebuilt like I was told just used a lot. Never again.

Howard’s was a wonderful local experience! The customer service and options for discounts allowed me to say YES right away. Madison helped me find the right fridge & we connected over our love of dogs. Highly recommend!

I have decided to post a review because I'm on the fence about my experience here. The Pro's: the Inside was very nice despite the location of the store. The staff was nice an, professional. The service was ahove par minus the extra detail that should compliment the service. But in my case.was missing. The Con's: Price price price, the part I ordered was 3 times the price of ebay, and fox appliance yes 3! And. (wait for it) The part was used.
However on their behalf, the mngr told me that in advance. The mngr was a little too Smug, but not his fault as he was young.would I go back? Probably, but not as my 1st or 2nd choice. Bottom line, they took care of my issue. I just wished they would have taken 2 minutes to wipe down someone's old dirty part I had to use.

We've bought from Howard's a few times now and all products have been great! Everyone is super friendly and helpful especially Madison.

Great place for fridge, just go though acimia and walk home with any appliances you want, they are having a large sale
