11I got my phone fixed from here about 3 months ago and the guy told me if I had any issues with the repair as long as my screen is not cracked or my phone isn’t water damaged that I can bring it back he’ll fix it FOR FREE. Before I leave the mall my phone started doing this weird glitching thing and had black lines on it. I turned back around asap and he “fixed it “ the next morning when I woke up the lines and black spot was back on my phone. Fast forward I bring it back and was told I had to pay $85 to get it fixed … even though it wasn’t fixed properly the first time … not to happy about this and still have a broken phone.

Great place to get your repaired. My screen was cracked & I went to my phone company first then I came to iFixandRepair. It was cheaper and quicker for me to get my phone fix through iFixandRepair. I highly recommend the quality, professionalism and quickness of this company.
Came here the other day & got my phone fixed. Fast turn around. The young lady that was in there was very patient in explaining everything to me.

Beware of this store. I went in with a perfectly good ORIGINAL Apple IOS screen and come out having to take my phone somewhere else to get it fixed. I was charged 399.99 for an Apple IOS screen and they refuse to reimburse me. They wanted me to wait to have a 3rd party screen from China to be ordered and put on my phone. I did not come in there with a 3rd party screen why do I need to settle for less efficient screen. BEWARE THEY WILL NOT REIMBURSE ME FOR THEIR MISTAKE ON CRACKING MY SCREEN. Corporate is a joke as well. This is how they do business and it is wrong.
I have used this location multiple times to repair/replace screens for iPads and iPhones and I have always had a wonderful experience. My items were able to be repaired quickly and without issues. I highly recommend!
Ron is a true professional! He’s technically proficient, fast, competent and friendly. He is also prompt and I instantly was at ease. He repaired my laptop in record time and the price was not an issue. I highly recommend Ron to all potential customers.
Horrible service they took 5 days to fix my sons! Pad and it doesn’t even work, when he’s in one app it takes him to another tried calling nobody anwer so I’m taking it somewhere else, and I already payed them $150.00 for nothing.

Excellent service. I went there to service my iPhone and they did a fabulous job. This will definitely be my go to place if or whenever I need iPhone service or repair again. Big Five for sure!
