Like everyone else, they are unable to keep things in stock. The government shut downs was a bad move that will negatively impact businesses for a long time. Great place to spend half a day, especially you haven't ever visited. Be sure to sample the cinnamon rolls and the Swedish chocolate.

Product are cheap.sometimes good quality sometimes bad. Problem is they don't keep their website stock amount updated. Might end up wasting time If you are going to buy a certain model

The land of lost souls. Fun fact, people have been lost inside this location for 20 years. My buddy asked me to grab him a simple bottle of water from their cafeteria. I walked in, looked up, and saw the eating area, I thought to myself, easy enough. Next I rode the one way escalator in to oblivion. At the top, where the entrance to the cafeteria should have been I found myself at the beginning of a maze. First the land of lost children, then the land of the great divinity Eschelon, and after that. Candles. After twist and turn, twist and turn, twist and turn, twist and turn I finally found myself at the cafeteria, the people in line looked so famished, as if they've been lost for days. I purchased my 99 cent bottle of water, a little bit of assembly required, and b lined for the elevator, an elevator that I saw by the front door. I believed freedom was at hand, but yet while on the elevator some sort of willy Wonka magic took place and I arrived at the beginning of another maze, son of a. I camped out in the outdoor section, using little scraps of plyboard as firewood, and finally found my way out 3 days later. I hope my buddy enjoyed his bottle of water.

Terrible! So disappointed in first time visit. Wasted 2 hours looking for a short TV stand that their website said was in stock only to find a empty bin where it was to be.

Had nothing in stock, despite it saying on the website that they had the items. There were no carts available anywhere, neither in the entrance nor the warehouse. The kid "guarding" aisle 28 was more interested in his phone than helping anybody. There were hundreds of carts in the parking lot. What happened to this place? Six hours total driving for this circus.

Items in stock.even after phone calls to Ikea that verified they were.l there.they weren't.you would think that after they screwed you 2 times they would hold the item for you.no. 1st come, 1st serve.good store, lousy customer service

I and my wife met super rude cashiers today. They seem to be not happy with Asian buyers and we will never go shopping there. They made us down since we met them in this afternoon. Ok. Who cares? IKEA is big global company so I'd better say nothing against them. But I want to say I will go shop everyday if cashier is kind to me when check out.

Waiting over an hour for store pick up. No way to contact a manager. Employees have a don’t care attitude. IKEA should be ashamed.

Great collection of furniture and home appliances and furnishing. They have a vast price range and the quality is surprisingly great for lower priced products as well. They also have a nice cafe with reasonable pricing.

It was my first time to Ikea, I did not buy anything but the place is amazing! Whenever I am able to I will be buying a good deal of my furnishings from there!

Mammoth of a place. Huge collection of home furnishings. Liked their kitchen prototypes. Kids zone is good as well with a lot of variety. The self serve furniture section is super large. You will find almost everything here. They also have a restaurant good to taste

A fun place to visit if you need to walk. The restaurant usually has baked salmon. Guess they weren't expecting such a crowd on this holiday. The lox was good. They have good selections of kitchen utensils. I went for the eassil. It was a good price. The line was pretty long for the hot cinnamon rolls but I only wanted the logenberry drink. Cinnamon buns aren't as good as the originals. Great Harvest Bakery on Medlock Bridge, in Johns Creek has the best around and you can get the icing on the side.

The place was large and somewhat easy to navigate. They had a lot of stuff i needed for moving into a new house. I only had troubles getting around because it was my first time ever going there. All around it was a really cool place that's suited for efficiency.

I will most likely furnish my apartment with IKEA but I’ll probably do so online. People are always getting in the way and the paths are so narrow. I got a cinnamon bun and cola and they were meh at best. Inexpensive food but still.

Walking a mile barefoot on Legos would have been a more pleasant experience than shopping at this store.

I ran in to buy one cabinet, which was unfortunately stored in some secret back room, inaccessible to customers. An employee printed an order for us and told us to pay at a register and pick the item up from a designated window. Cool, straightforward enough. Naturally the checkout line was worse than waiting for a theme park coaster, but I expected that.

What they neglected to mention though is that the pickup queue was backed up twenty orders deep, which I only discovered upon arriving there. Turns out, twenty orders with 5-6 employees (maybe more) takes a solid hour to complete.

Not that I would ever shop here again, but if you're going to try your luck, order online ahead of time and assume your stuff will be ready roughly twelve hours after the guaranteed time.
