Integrity Air and Home Inspections performed my pre-drywall and pre-closing inspections. Melvin was punctual, professional, and precise. I really appreciate that he noted even the minor cosmetic imperfections within my home. Most inspectors only focus on major structural or mechanical deficiencies but Melvin took his time and went through the home inside and out. I had another issue with my fairly new (2 years old) AC where it was not cooling. I called Integrity, a tech came out and discovered there was a leak in the line that leads to the compressor. After finding the the leak and repairing it? My AC was working back to normal again. The next day the same issue occurred and I reached back to Integrity to report this and a tech came later in the day and repaired and confirmed the leak was fixed. I will admit I wasn't happy that I had to call them out for this, but seeing how quickly a tech came out the next day to fix my issue and to ensure it wasn't leaking will always be appreciated. I have never had a bad experience with Integrity and I will continue to have them service my home's heating and cooling unit.

Really enjoyed meeting the team and the service they provided for our ailing A/C system. It looked like replacement was going to be the only option but they found faulty wiring in the main electrical line from the exterior unit to the exterior fuse that was tripping the breaker inside. No hard sale tactics just honest, friendly, experienced work performed and just in time for the 90 degrees forecast tomorrow. Highly recommend this company for you AC service and repairs!

Melvin did my inspection, radon, and mold testing and I could not be more pleased. He was thorough and provided a quick turnaround on getting the written report to me. I had been following him in TikTok for a while and knew that when it was time to buy my first home I would be reaching out to him and I am so glad I did.
