I'm not gonna lie the owner did his thing. My computer somehow lost the operating system Windows 10. This company not only fixed my computer but upgraded my operating system to a windows 11. He even included a 60 Day warranty and a Antivirus protection. Ya'll I have a brand new computer and I'm so greatful and thankful. Now I can get back to work!

Be careful going here, Highly Unprofessional, told me he’d call me back tomorrow but never calls and it takes days before I get a response took three weeks I guess he charges for parts you give him to add on before I got my computer back and it was in rugged condition aslo didn’t give me all the parts back for my case but I made sure I got my important pc parts back and I guess he thought I didn’t know anything about my PC and tried to give me an cheaper card with less performance than mine when I asked him a question he was beating around the bush and didn’t answer it correctly also thought I wouldn’t catch on then and proceeded to try and gaslight me when I didn’t accept it, too not saying he didn’t do his job but deal business with him at your own risk.

Intellectual Techs is excellent! They went above and beyond with my gaming laptop repair (broken fan). The part was promptly ordered and installed upon arrival. Kevin stayed in touch and communicated through the whole process. The price was fair and everyone was very genuine and pleasant to work with. Even though only one of the fans was broken, both were replaced just in case and now my laptop actually stays cooler and works better than ever. I am so happy to have found this place and will definitely use them for any future electronic repairs. If you are in need of repairs look no further and go there now!

I have been using this company for the last couple of years and the service has always been outstanding! The staff are always professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. During the height of the pandemic they adopted curbside service and even the ability to remote into your computer to help with any issues. I hope they will be around for many more years so that I can continue to be a loyal customer!

I came to them with a repair job for my power jack (no diagnostic needed). After 6 days of convincing Kevin to do the repair, which i provided the parts for and was told they wouldn't use them, I got my laptop back repair done and working as well as it was before the damage. However I was disappointed to learn that they used my provided part and charged me full price for the part and the diagnostic (that wasn't needed or asked for).

I've used them twice and what I like most is that they take the time to really overstand how you use your equipment. Yep. KEVIN IS MY GUY! He knows his stuff. I would travel a good distance for their service, expertise and professional staff! It's worth it, for sure.
