Thank you for your exceptional service today. You helped me; help a octogenarian widow in a time of challenges. Well Done.

The tech changed the batteries quickly and efficiently, despite their placement being difficult to access in the steps of the RV.

I've purchased my last interstate battery! My recent purchase was due to a failed interstate battery (group 31, not from the Brunswick location) that I had for less then 18 months. We had recently moved and I was unable to pursue my 36 month warrant because there is no telling where my sales receipt is. So I purchased another one 2-2-19.2 weeks prior to Halloween 2019 I started having problems with my new battery holding any capacity. Normally I could run my 55 lbs thrust trolling motor all day and still have a 70% charge at the end of the day. The last 3 times I went out on short trips running the same trolling motor, after 2 hrs the battery shows 50-55% charge. Also the battery was so weak the trolling motor ran about 1/2 normal speed with any load.

I dropped off the battery to the Interstate Brunswick location on 10-31-2019. I received a call today 11-12-2019. So 12 days later I get the results of the load test (their corporate office customer service wasn't very happy with that). At no surprise they said the battery is fine and ready for me to pick up.

Well lucky me, anticipating this, I purchased a new group 31 battery from someone else. It is not an interstate battery! I have had no problem with my new purchase. Same trolling motor, same battery charger.

As mentioned above I have contacted Interstates corporate office since they are trying to weasel their way out of their warrant commitment.

Regardless of what the out come is I will never purchase another interstate battery again. I've had 2 failed batteries in less then 3 years, so don't get yourself in my position. Their warranty and a $1.79 will get you a cup of coffee in any convenience store.

For the lady with the smart mouth and your little condescending "you have a very nice day Sir" I let your corporate office know you need a few classes on proper customer service and an attitude adjustment. So this isn't quite over just yet.

Response to the owners response:

Yes you did offer me a "loaner" battery. However I also said I anticipated you load testing the battery to find it OK and purchased a new battery (not an interstate).

I live 50 plus miles from Brunswick and refuse to get caught up in a game of you say the battery is OK when I know the battery is defective. My load tester aka a 55 lbs trolling motor drains the Interstate battery down in 2 hrs now. The last 3 times I've used the Interstate battery I've had to cut my trips short because your battery will not hold a charge.

The new battery (not an interstate) I just bought lasts "all day" and comes in with 65 -72% charge left running in a river current (per my last 5 trips). So it's not my equipment. It's the Interstate battery. I'm not running back and forth in a 100+ mile road trip to argue with Interstate Brunswick. I'm in contact with your corporate office to try to receive compensation for the useless $309.95 battery I bought from you. And once again regardless of what happens I have bought my last Interstate battery. Word of mouth in the fishing community travels fast and travels far. I just hope I save someone from the headaches I've just had dealing with Interstate batteries. And by all means please keep the $309.95 group 31-AGM battery at my expense.it will make a fine boat anchor.

So there you have it everyone, make good decisions.

OK just got off the phone with Interstate batteries corporate. Very nice lady! She was pleasant, professional and courteous while explaining the ridiculous multiple hoops I was going to have to jump through to benefit from their warranty. I was going to have to drive 53.8 miles to Brunswick (south) to pick up my battery. Then I was going to have to drive 108 miles to Rincon Ga (distribution center north) to have them recheck the battery. In the event they did find the battery bad she would only be able to compensate me back the $180.00 for the new battery I already purchased. Then drive back home 54.2 miles. Hmm $180.00 refund for a $1000.00 headache. I don't think so. Make good decisions! I learned my lesson.

They replaced my battery in my iPhone really quick & it was inexpensive. Customer Service was great too. If it wasn’t for Monkey Network, I would have never found them! Thanks to them too.

A useful hidden bonanza for batteries & tech repairs. Besides supplying great vehicle batteries for golf carts to full size commercial trucks & vans, this location has household batteries, flashlights, jump starters and various useful items related to travel readiness. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They can replace cell phone batteries and repair screens.

. Still to be determined.took a battery in that is 18mths old for warranty because I've jumped and charged it already (2times stranded) but Apparently it take longer than 24 hrs on a DEEP CHARGE and dont know how long to determine it will or will not charge all the way up. JURY IS STILL OUT ON THIS ONE

Always have the batteries you need, even when multiples of several types are needed. Friendly, knowledgeable staff are always available to help you here. As a 30 year guide and multiple boat owner, I purchase interstate batteries for their dependability and longevity. I've never purchased any other brand because I've heard what happens when you stray from the best! We get 5+ years of dependable service from all the interstate batteries we own. They're by far, the best battery for the best price available in the USA. Period. Cars, trucks, boats, heavy equipment. Doesn't matter, we highly recommend this place and the interstate product line for any of your battery needs. Easy 5 stars!
