Skip the regular residential brands (LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, etc.) and go to Jasper Appliance for the American made Speed Queen washers and dryers. They are a Speed Queen dealer and these machines are built to last with a 25 year tested lifetime. The TC5 model is reminiscent of the older transmission style washers while the TR line is modern mixed with commercial ability. Both the owner Donna and employee Sean are owners of these machines and can explain their good experiences without being pushy. My TR7 commercial duty Speed Queen cost twice as much as lower end residential but has a 7 year warranty for parts & labor vs residential models 1 year warranty. Buy American made and built and shop local.

We bought a washer that broke after first use. Store and manufacturer told us to return it to store. Jasper tv and appliance refuses to refund us our money until they received their refund from the manufacturer. It's been 4 weeks and Donna the owner states they are still waiting. She has no consideration for her customers. She knows the right thing to do is to refund us our money but is to greedy to do so.

Bought a washer that broke after the first use. Returned it to the store as I was instructed. Store will not refund money to me until they are reimbursed from the manufacturer. Bad customer service. I have been waiting on my refund for over 4 weeks now. Donna, the owner of the store will not provide contact information for the manufacturer. States her only way to contact them is via email. I am so frustrated with the lack of consideration from this store. I will never purchase from them again and would never recommend them to anyone.
