JCPenney, Buford GA

I’m glad I can shop at JCPenney seen where in Vacation for the nicest weather and also the trees? Not like the one in Minnesota

We have always loved this JC Penney. Last night we were there and I’m not sure what has happened. It looks as if they haven’t restocked in ages. Parts of the store look very disheveled. It was 4Pm and I was trying to shop. A pushy employee kept trying to get the guys in my group to look at other stuff. I told her I just needed to try stuff on. She told me to use the dressing room “in the corner”. I got there and a sign said it was closed but since she sent me I went anyway. Another employee saw me coming out and gave me a look. I told her I was sent there and she just pointed at the sign. Then when I asked someone why we couldn’t try on anything it’s because they have no one to “work” the dressing rooms. We didn’t have this trouble at any other store where we went to spend our money. Hopefully this gets corrected. This has been our preferred store for years but not sure after last night.

Everything is very organized and neat. The only problem is that only one dressing room and only one cashier is opened.

Spectacular! I went to JC Penney yesterday, I was looking for Mother's day gifts for my wife; not only did I "Aced" the Shopping exam, I found tremendous Liz Clairbone apparels at "rock bottom" prices. The Cashiers were terrific and were willing to assist. Who said "shopping couldn't be fun? ", especially when one's able to save nearly 50% of the money anticipated to spend. I'm not talking about McDonald's, however, "I'm loving it"!

Love shopping at Jcpenney! There's always coupons on the site and app. There's always workers there to help and keep the store clean.

Bought something on line and picked up at store. The mall of GA store now has very limited hours. Check before youvgo.

We generally like Jcpenny. We bought my wife a few rings from there and they are very nicely made and look great. We have the warranty and maintenance program with them and it is so worth it. Having white gold everyone knows you must have them redipped every so often. The process with them is painless. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store in general is clean. It sometimes has the appearance of being cluttered or messy even though it is not. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a good deal. The prices are very good.

Not the store it used to be. Minimal selections of the article of clothing I was visiting for. A dress shirt.

Had professional photos taken at the photography studio. The lady (I apologize for not remembering her name) was incredible to work with!

Store is clean, well decorated and organized. The cashier was very friendly. My only "complaint" is that when there are good sales, JCPenney is always out of stock online of the item I need, and in store they are very picked over, including the first day of sale. My husband needs 4XLT polos, and loves the Foundry and US brands, but they are very hard to find during your deals.

5stars in the Balu bras I bought three pairs for my mom and she us well pleased with the fitting, style and price. JCPenney

I went to the jewellery section while i was there.the jewellery was pretty, the person who attended me was fairly slow but she did her job well

Average at best. I went to look at running shoes and the entire department was a mess - mostly as an effect of how it is set up. Probably not going back.

I really enjoy shopping here. I'm in the store alot and I also like their online store. All the big name brands for a fraction of the other stores. There is almost always a sale going and coupons both on their website and in store. I love it.

The grandparents got the some item when I tried to change the size the price dropped devastatingly. Ex. 44.00 to 7.00 where they do that at? Boy stop. I will never shop here personally but im greatful 4 the help she gave. The grandparents.

Very professional and friendly employees. I finally found a pillow I can sleep on without having neck pain at JCPENNEY. I'm going to get four more today. If you find what works best for you, stock up before it's gone.

I shop here a lot, but lately, you can't find help, there aren't many register open. This just made for a bad shopping experience.

Great deals today and clean fitting rooms. Salesperson was helpful also. However you were playing Christmas music, which I love, BUT.in JULY? REALLY? Not a good idea in my opinion.

Blake did our maternity photoshoot today and we got a lot of great shots! We loved the customer service and attention to detail during our photo shoot. Thanks so much Blake- we’ll definitely be back once our little one is born!
