27One of the biggest JCPenneys I've ever been in. We found the exact items we had been looking for, even though the girls formal wear section was not very large.
Curb side pick up did not exist, I could find any assistance.had to go park go in was told to go upstairs, then the escalator was broken, didn't get good information
Employees were really rude and didn't want to help. Sales marked weren't accurate and cashier's didn't care or check signs. They would only go off what the register said.
The pandemic has convinced Penneys and the Mall to abandon special accommodations for handicapped patrons.
Now is the time to buy jewelry. The prices are incredible. Worth the trip and time. Necklaces, rings in both men and women at prices that can't be beat!
Wish was all in one building with apparel but not. Always a sale price reasonable for towel sets that are quick dry.
Customer no service. I had to return item so I went to customer service. Waited in line for 15 minutes. Once it was my turn to be served I was told that they do not do returns at customer service. I was also told that there was a sign stating where to return things to. When I asked where the sign was the lady responded they must have moved it. I am absolutely furious that they would not provide customer service at customer service.because of the lousy demeanor of the employee I had to deal with and the ridiculous policies of this company I will never shop here again. There are more convenient places for me to shop and when this place finally closes I will have no tears for the people who lost their jobs because of poorly mismanaged and terrible work ethic that led to its demise.
It takes a while to find an employee to help you. They don't seem too happy to be there and it's difficult to find one willing to help you.
The guy at the jewelry counter was amazing! He helped us for a hour and made sure we were taken care of!
Walk back into the 80s here. Dull, bland selections. No wonder they are losing business. Long wait due to two cashier's.
Love JCPENNEY! One of the few stores where you can (most of the time) find a price for an item you're interested in buying. Competitive prices and a wide selection of petite sizes!
I tried to return a Christmas gift I didn’t have a receipt for. The staff and manager was rude and treated me like a criminal for not having a receipt. They insisted I call the person who gave it to me from another state and tell them I’m returning it. I can’t be the first person who’s tried to return a Christmas gift right? This is exactly the kind of stuff which is why Department stores are dying out. I’m the end, they gave me a $10 gift card for a $54 sweater. Thanks JCPenny!
I understand that jc penny is having financial issues and may be cutting back on sales help. However I waited 25 minutes with nobody around in a department I was in. I wanted to shop in this store and wanted to help the store with my purchase. I do want the store to pull it out.
I have been to this store two times in two days, there was plenty of merchandise in stock. The store was nice and clean and had some great buys as well, the staff was very friendly and helpful both times I was there. I hope they continue to be around for years to come, I think people should buy from JCPENNEY and help pull them out of their slump. Fingers crossed for them!
It was good they got good deals customer service is good but looks like they need more customer service representatives to assist more because they have a few and people's was looking for them to ask questions about product. They had good deals online but I couldn't find the product in store: (
Go to Sears! Much better prices and deals. Sears rewards program (shop your way) is also much better than jcp bonus bucks.
JCP. For jewelry they do not have entry on bottom floor. Must walk from one end to another. Lost my biz
I went to look for 2 items: summer dress for my daughter who is 21 to and 5'11" and a comforter set with matching curtains. All the dresses were for girls about 5'2"-5'5". Couldn't find a decent dress to fit her. There were no comforter sets with matching curtains, either, so it was a wasted trip.
I parked at JCpennys with my family, and once it got close to 9pm, I headed to the store to find they were locked. Pouring rain, wouldn't let me in. Mall security didn't care said I needed to walk to my car at 9pm with 3 children in pouring rain.
No associates to help and when we finally did find help us they looked at us like we had 2 heads. Will NOT return
