I buy car from them I have really bad experience Jackie she is unprofessional as soon I left the dealership I was trying to talk with her about car she never responded me I called more then 20 times she told me one thing but the car have problem

A few months ago, I hit a deer and totaled my car. Went to this dealership not fully knowing what I wanted. Donald Smith was extremely patient with me. Especially when I had him go inside 2 or 3 times to get keys just to leave with one of the first cars he showed me.thank you for making the process so easy and answering every question I had! He even went in the manual to answer a question when he wasn’t too sure what the correct answer was. Go see him!

I purchased a new Toyota Sienna from Jim Ellis Toyota. Jackie Ndukwe was wonderful! The vehicle was in transit when I inquired about it. Jackie walked me through the entire process of reserving the van and kept me updated the entire time. The van arrived 4 days and Jackie texted me before the van was unloaded off the truck. One thing I’ve always hated about buying a car is when the sales person is pushy and arrogant. My sales person, Mallory listened to what I needed and wanted from a car and was able to deliver just that in a respectful and professional way. This buying experience was something that was extremely emotional for me and she made things so easy and hassle free. I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new or used car!

Get dealership although I did not purchase a vehicle. My 2015 toyota 4 runner was having mechanical issues. Mr. Johnson was awesome in checking me in without an appointment. The lead technician was able to find the problem and fix the issue in a timely manner. If I lived in the area I would definitely come back. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

Had a great experience working directly with Kelly Thompson. I walked in and had to get my car serviced so I decided to wait. I asked the service team who is the best sales person because I was interested in a possible trade in.
