5 am appointment checking T 0440 11 am and no one touched the trailer I will update later with out time.

Arrived an hour and a half early for an 1800 hrs load out, so I was told to come back 15 minutes before my appointment time, did that, got to the door exactly at my appointment time then sat for 3 and a 1/2 hours. No one even set the ramp to load me, realized I was never gonna make my next load and had to walk away having wasted my time. Employees are rude and the loader used profanity directed at me personally for not wanting to continue waiting. I'm way too old to put up with that kind of nonsense. Never again. Lazy, disorganized and rude, avoid this place if at all possible.
