I called on Christmas Eve when I woke up to my house being 49 degrees. Ray was very professional and polite. He said that they wouldn't be able to physically come to the house, but he said that he'd try to walk me through the issue. Low and behold, my heat was working ten minutes after talking with him. I was beyond thrilled! He even called to follow up the next day. There needs to be more Rays in the world that truly will go above and beyond for their customers.
