The quality of the washers and dryer are warrantied for 30 days. This is a scam when you spend so much money with them.

We purchased a refrigerator from Jorge Appliances October 2020. We waited a year to post this review. Customer service was exceptional. All of our questions were answered and we purchased a Frigidaire Refrigerator. The delivery man was amazing! They even waited for us to clear out our own refrigerator before installing the new one and removed the other refrigerator.

After a year the refrigerator gasket started pulling apart but the refrigerator still works and keeps the food nice and cold. It's a beautiful refrigerator and we still love it.

I've waited a week to write this review on account of the words i would've used at the time were well.rated R! I purchased a washing machine from this place. And got it all the way to a job I had in Smyrna. And lugged it up 3 sets of stairs, plugged it in and it didn't work. So I called the younger guy who sold it to me and before I could get the symptoms out of my mouth he diagnosed the problem. So here i am at a clients houseat 5: 30 with a non working machine! He said I can come out tomorrow at 3: 30 and look at it. But i took it back to him nd got my money back. I was speachless! I was just glad that I have been the homeowners handyman for a while and they knew it wasn't my fault. But it was! Because i was the contractor! Anyway. DON'T TAKE THEIR WORD ON ANYTHING! TEST OUT WHATEVER YOU'RE BUYING!

Be careful! We went to this place and about $800 in March. We had many problems with the dryer (they attempted to fix) …we also had a problem with the washer throwing a code. The washer has been down for months now. They claim it’s out of warranty (30 days). Be careful spending money thinking your problems are solved. You will find yourself replacing the set before the year is up. We purchased in March there’s no reason we should be replacing this set this soon. WE WONT BE RETUNING

I came in to pay for a washer that have chosen the day before.
It was 10: 00 AM I was waiting, nobody was in there yet even though they say that the hours of operation is 9: 00 AM through 6: 00. That's rediculous, this Business in USA.

I purchased a side by side refrigerator from here and both Jorge and his son were very helpful. Down to even fixing a mishap during delivery, which his son made sure to fix it that same day and I was more than satisfied. Was able to contact his son a week later on a Saturday about a beeping noise, and was he was able to come the following Monday to adjust what needed to be adjusted and waited to make sure the problem was fixed. Thank you for excellent customer service!

Great place to purchase scratch and dent appliances. I bought a black stainless side by side refrigerator. It looks and works great. The delivery and installation was awesome. I will definitely return.

I purchased a used washer and dryer from them last summer. After installing both, they tested the equipment and discovered that the dryer I picked was not heating correctly. They took it away and brought me another dryer that was in slightly better shape than the one I originally picked at no additional cost.

It has almost been a year and I don't have any issues with either my washer or dryer. Their customer service was so good that I took my grandmother here to replace her stove top oven. They took away her old oven and installed the new one within 15 min. Again they checked the stove top and oven before they left. My grandmother is very pleased with her purchase thus far. They have earned a repeat customer.

I bought a microwave about a couple of months ago I did install the microwave Intel one month ago in one of my property the microwave after five minute it will shut off and won’t come back again within 30 minute I spoke to George the owner of the place he said there’s nothing he can do about it and he said I can get another microwave from him but I have to pay $100 I think that’s a bad business I don’t think he give any warranty whatsoever
