Ultimately, with David H. & his team, I received multiple offers over asking price. I accepted one of many offers by Sunday, even though my listing went up on the previous Friday's afternoon.
Since then, his team has been very inclusive. I didn't feel as though they retrieved their commission, and severed our relationship. This is why I would continue to seek David's team again in the future, and recommend him & his team to anyone.
